I am so disappointed in how I was treated at your Lehigh valley location today. Your staff was hoarding boxes of clearance merchandise and your employee took a rug out of my hands and told me she was buying it and there were no others for sale. They were openly discussing how they were buying boxes of good stuff and putting left overs that they didn't want on the sale floor. How is this even allowed? Then, they wouldn't let me use my gift cards that I had left at home, but my husband texted me pictures of the cards and the gift card numbers. When I called later that night to ask for corporates number and the managers name, they said sorry we are closing and you can call back tomorrow if you want. Bye and hung up. I can't believe this is real life. Your store manager is the one who was allowing your staff to hide good merchandise, like the white rug I purposely came in for, amongst other things. I legitimately hate your staff at that location, think they are the rudest human beings I have ever met, and they should all be terminated immediately. The other lady overheard me ask about the rug, and she told me her other employee purchased it, and to get over it and find another. Then, I said they were very unhelpful, and the old Spanish lady that was ringing me up said they have been helping me around the store for hours already.    Read moreWe ordered over 10k dollars worth of furniture from this store. We had estimated delivery dates for each item (3+ items). One sofa showed up and when the other items were supposed to be delivered but we're not we called the store...where they proceeded to tell us that now all of a sudden the rest of the furniture would not be delivered for another 3 months. We had an option to either choose new fabrics or cancel the order. We had no furniture in our room at this point and decided to cancel the order. They charged our credit card for all of the items mind you. Once canceled we were told that once the sofa (love seat) was returned (which had rust stains on it upon delivery) that we would be credited for everything. Well the sofa was returned and we never received credit for any of the items. We contacted the store asking why and for assistance where we were told 3-3-5 days...multiple times. Now it has been over a month abd we received finance charges on the card (which we were also told not to worry about and that we wouldn't get charged..well we did). We were lied to multiple times and got the run around from the store. We are still worked to get our money back and it has been an absolute nightmare. I ask about the order and they asked me what I ordered, when I tell them she automatically says âno not here we donât sell that.â I said no I did the pick up for this store. She again says no maybe William Samoma ( I ordered pajamasâŚ) and I had to pull out my order confirmation to show that yes in fact THIS store. Only for her to go back disappear a moment and come back to suggest I cancel my order and have it shipped to my house instead and walked out. I was shocked.
