Please pick better business partners. Battle labs is a joke. Other then that your store is legit.
For battle labs- The whole thing was extremely disappointing. On a Saturday they only had one guy working so it was extremely slow paced. They make you buy extra items such as a $6 key card which is just a small piece of plastic with a barcode and a $8 light band as well as many other items that have to meet their unreasonable standards. Half the people were waiting for their guns to get approved and couldnāt play for 45mins+ because they only had one guy working. They also will make some (but not allš¤·) people get full seal goggles which arenāt any safer than the ones most people had. Got there at 10 and didnāt get to play a match till 12:30. I went in there expecting to pay ā$40 and ended up paying a little over $90. $50 of that was unnecessary junk that I was forced to buy to meet their standards. Overall this place needs some work and isnāt worth the money if youāre only going once or twice.
Update* I got banned for nothing other than this review. They sent me home early with no refund. I tried reasoning with them and coming to some solution, but they refused. After spending multiple hours prior to my bann I felt the staff mistreated multiple other people And negatively affected the overall experience for many. However, the field layout and game modes...
Ā Ā Ā Read more(Battlelab) I have been going every weekend since the grand opening, hell twice per weekend if it allowed it, so much so the refs have gotten to know me a bit. the first time I went I was required to pay for a light up band (such is the way they Identify teams, quite necessary.) Key tag ( little barcode is also used for identification and counting players/ keeping track of your time.) This in my case was no issue. Being a vegas local, every day which Iāve come back Iāve used those two items I purchased on my very first day with no problems, Airsoft is an expensive sport to start, but cheaper to maintain, and I believe this field follows that same principle to a smaller degree. If youāre starting off youāll need full gloves, sealed eye-pro, lower face protection, etc, this all comes off as more and more paywalls to most but in truth these protective pieces are the only things that can truly guarantee your sight, hearing and manipulation. I have a friend who lost his left eye due to an airsoft injury, not only can he never play again but itās affected him in most other areas of his life. The refs here wonāt allow something like such to occur or theyāll do their best to prevent it and I...
Read morestarting off i loved the experience of this place it was very close quarters combat and lost of adrenaline rush. but the thing is once you get to the front to pay they charge you $48 to play witch is fair for everything they do. but then they also charge you with a little 6$ scan key then a $8 band to wrap around your arm then if you wanna play all day $10 more⦠so it adds up quick especially when they tell you nothing about this on their website. then once you get in there they make you buy safety goggles that I noticed a lot of people ever had on them which is $25 that they had to go spend again. so my friend made a complaint about this and they found him and they banned him and they kicked us both out with no refunds or anything⦠there was lots more like how hot it was in there and also how the staff will give you a warning for adjusting your mask without even taking it off I understand the safety things that they have to go through but when they tell you nothing about it at first or no signs or anything it...
