The entire staff at Nevada Stairs are AWESOME!!! Not only do they help you design your stairs, they work diligently to stay within your budget but still give you everything you want. From coming to your home to take measurements to designing your stairs and then completing the finish product was nothing but professional. An extra special thanks to Tina Morgan (General Manager) and Allen Morgan (VP) for helping us design our staircase and also keeping our expenses within our budget without sacrificing quality material, production and installation. Amazing Customer Service as another reviewer recently wrote. I am a Disabled American Veteran who was being screwed by our wonderful VA system of Las Vegas. I needed a very small job done that was the responsibility of the VA to do but they failed me. I called several of there competitors for quotes I had one company point blank say they do not do jobs under $1000.00 . Mr. Allen Morgan not only contacted me but came out knowing it was a small job to help a Disabled American Veteran so I do not fall down the stairs again of which the VA does not care about. Nevada stairs came and rescued me after a contractor had left my stairs unfinished for 3 months! Alex was so understanding and got me a comprehensive quote right away. They were booked out for 2 months but managed to squeeze me in because of my terrible situation. Tina was amazing as she helped me choose my color and spindle design. She is very professional and thorough. All of my questions/ concerns were answered quickly and efficiently by Allen and Tina. The installer Alex is really a master of woodworking.
