The PlumbPRO Services Ambler team was responsive, professional, timely, caring, and EXTREMELY hard-working since the moment I contacted them for an appointment. First, I appreciate they offered an appointment even earlier than I requested. John Ethral was EXACTLY on time wearing a face mask and floor protectors over his boots. John was tender and friendly with my dog; which is very important to me. John was experienced and knowledgeable about the task at hand. I liked that PlumbPRO was able to give me several options to solve the problem and each was customizable according to my budget. As a female homeowner, I respect the thorough, details of the task as it progressed without being condescending. John worked tirelessly and without a break to solve my plumbing problem. His colleagues, Tyler, Will, Gary, and Alex also stopped by to help. I liked the tone of teamwork that is clearly fostered by the owner, Matt. These gentlemen treated my home like it was their own. I felt like John, Tyler, Will, Gary, and Alex were neighbors coming to help me solve a home owner problem and not looking to "make a buck". Speaking of which, I feel their fees were more than fair. Unfortunately, my problem ended up being a much bigger job than any of us expected. I’ve worked with PlumbPRO several times over the past few years, and I keep coming back for a reason: they care about doing the job right and treating customers well.

George and Rod installed our water softener and hot water heater. George took the extra time to evaluate our home’s plumbing system and made necessary adjustments to ensure everything was done right the first time.

When our 30-year-old A/C unit died during a brutal heatwave, Jim, Rich, and Ty were lifesavers. They responded quickly, working in the crazy heat, and had our new system up and running in no time. We greatly appreciated their hard work.

Lastly, I want to extend a big thank you to Matt, the owner, who personally stayed in touch throughout all of these projects. He and his team took the time to explain our options clearly and helped us find the best solutions for our home and budget.

2021 I would highly recommend their service. PlumbPro provides a seamless customer experience from beginning to end. Upon calling their office, they promptly followed up with a text message with my appt and who would be my plumber. Joey came out the first time to replace an outdoor faucet. He made some recommendations and provided a fair estimate. He promptly finished the job and I’m very satisfied with the work. Yesterday Gary came out. I appreciated the office phoned me ahead of his expected arrival to say he was running late. That’s a courtesy I greatly appreciate it. Gary too was professional and offered sound recommendations.
