Crumbl — Restaurant in Whittier

The closet Crumble so I got lucky that they do a great job. The workers are pretty friendly, not annoying friendly but normal friendly. Always working and never get the vibe you are bothering them. Like oompa loompas working the factory. Quick service, especially if you order in the App. Even if you walk in not to much of a wait. Unless they have a bunch of online orders, but even then pretty quick. Now here comes the problem. Parking 😩, I did two laps around the entire parking lot at around 6 pm which is clearly the time all the "want to be seen" gym people want to meet at the gym and consume all the parking down to the grocery store. I placed my order on the tablet and it was late on a Friday evening so understandable that flavors would be limited but I was able to select 3 flavors so great. I stood around inside while my order was prepared. 3 people came in after me and placed orders on the tablet. After 15-20 minutes of standing around I watched how 2 of the 3 people received theirs orders ahead of me. I asked about my order and they said I was next and wouldn't you know it they ran out of 2 of the flavors I wanted. At this point I had been there for about 20 minutes, for whatever reason people who came in after got their orders before me, and now I couldn't even get the flavors i wanted because they had skipped my order until the end. My daughter really wanted to try Crumbl cookies, so I decided to try them out to see what the hype was about.. First off, the cookies were not that great. I've had better. Secondly, I chose a pick-up time for 4:50 pm, showed up at 6:40pm, and still had to wait 10 minutes. When I received my cookies, they seemed to have handled them recklessly because when we opened the box, it had frosting on the side of the box, and cookies looked messy. There was also hardly any parking. The location itself was very small, and the atmosphere felt very unpleasant and unwelcoming for cookies that everyone seemed to be hyping up.
