Yes i brought in a ring i had bought years ago very nice ring i lost weight so now i couldnt wear this ring and i tried to take it to a few places who said it would be 45dollars starting price and take three days and said there was only one place he knew of that i may be able to get it done today so i thought well i dont have receipt but i called then and this place was much closer and have to go to the walgreens right by there anyway so he said most likely it could be an hour so it toik my about 7 min.to get there didnt need receipt and sized my finger and owner had it done less than 10 min.free of charge how awesome is that?.ive gotton some nice earrings and necklaces rings there never had a problem ive traded jewerly with them theve worked with me on prices and i know that im pickie about jewely but whether its for me or someone else ive never seen a repeat of any of their jewerly anywhere else not even close and the earrings especially were right price and fit nicely and since ive worn a lots of hoops in my life it has messed up my ears even after getting them repierced it did the same but not as bad so i found the perfect earrings that werent toi heavy and drouped over even the guy there said these ones i was going to buy looking heavy and they were more money and i saw it too so the ones i have dont droup over and fit nicely and what a blessing ive never seen anything anywhere like these and the guy was patient cause i couldn't decide but he said its ok your money so you have to like what you get but price was good and i have never had a problem with them and ive been coming since 2013 and this is 2019 almost 2020 but one diamond did fall out i think on a ring but i did hit it againt a wall but was fixed for free again .i feel some places just want your money and your time cause three days and 60d highway robbery lol ring is fine so i see the reviews here are so nice but theres two sides to a story sometimes and i dont care if everyone said there visit was bad but im not lying and i think they should be rewarded for their awesome behavior and i am sorry yours wasn't good and yes everybody is entitled ti their opinion and to get what they deserve.Thank you KC jewerely again ill be back and thank you for the beautiful jewerely and having my ring sized fast and free i have referred you all to many people and i was referred to you after looking at their jewerely i knew i had to come here.Thank you from the bottom of my...

Very rude!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Went in to buy some jewelry for wedding gifts for my sister and her fiancé. The man/owner/worker asked what nationality we were. I’m assuming he wanted to see if we were Viet. We told him no. Asked to look at gold necklaces and earrings. Brought out 4 different kinds with different sizes, karats, and weight. For some reason all the necklaces were the same price. We asked him to weigh it. As he went back, we could hear him cursing at us Vietnamese. We’re not Viet but it doesn’t mean we don’t speak the language. When he came back, he said it was still the same price even though it weighed less, plus an additional 2% fee if we paid by card. He wanted us to go to the bank and pay cash for everything. We told we’d come back but we never will. My mom couldn’t believe how rude and disrespectful...

I’ve never felt more uncomfortable, I brought my grandma in to choose my wedding jewelry and the worker just stood there not even saying a single word to her. We finally decided on earrings and when my grandma asked how much they responded with $900 and told her they were real diamonds in English which didn’t make sense because they clearly speak viet— and she was only speaking in viet the entire time (mind you she’s 87) then one of the workers looked at me and did the crazy finger signal (telling me she’s crazy and laughed at her) where I proceeded to tell him she’s old.. please take your business elsewhere I don’t even know how they’re still in business with the customer...
