I was recently on the hunt for an Optima UHD65 4k projector...after another local visual store laughed at me and asked why I would want that one and refused to order it I found these guy and Thomas who went out of their way to get this for me, and install it. The whole team is extremely professional and helpful with everything I needed. To the point of after a few weeks I noticed a white spot on the screen coming from it. They got ahold of the Representative from Optima and got me a new one to replace it and reinstalled it. I am so appreciative for service like this. When looking for local Visual and Sound guys I can not recommend anyone better...

My one year old Mac Pro tower was getting stuck on the gray screen of death during the startup process, so I took it in to Living Sound. I'm glad I did.

They don't keep parts in stock (understandable) so they had to overnight some parts to get it fixed. Hollis called me every day to keep me updated on the progress, and within a few days, they had my computer working again.

The billing for labor time was fair and there were no surprises. LivingSound made the best out of a potentially very stressful situation. I'll be doing...

Had an accident with my MacBook computer and took it in to see what could be done. It was beyond repair and getting old so I talked to them about a new one. They were so very helpful and were even able to save everything from my old hard drive. The accident happened on a Saturday and I had a brand new computer, complete with everything from the old one, by Wednesday! I didn't have to do a thing to the new computer - it was completely ready for use. I have never had a computer purchase that went so smoothly...
