Great atmosphere and really a great place when it's nice to sit out on their patios they have plenty of TVs but inside it's a bit loud but it is a sports bar. I've been eating here for a long time but it seems lately that things are kind of going the wrong direction on the food. I have a couple of real favorites but sometimes I like to have something different in the last time I was there I know if there was a new chicken sandwich and that's what I tried. Unfortunately I was sorely disappointed he was basically a role with a truck stop piece of chicken tender battered with a little bit of shredded lettuce, a pickle and some mayonnaise the bun wasn't even toasted it was cold and it was certainly nothing to write home about they probably ought to take that off the menu or at least step it up a little. Hi again last night went and had my favorite the patty melt. Unfortunately the service was different in 100 mm it came out pretty much still moving. I really like food rare but not normally hamburger I went ahead and took a chance and ate it didn't have any ill effects but it was still a good sandwich. Had something new again which were poppers unfortunately it was basically cheese with some ground up jalapenos in it and somebody had formed them into the shape of a half of a little jalapeno bread of them and freed them it was stupid and it wasn't worth it pass on that.

The place was under staffed. We sit down and waited patiently for 17 minutes. A waitress passed us several times before I stopped her and she informed me we were not in her section but offered to get our drinks. A few minutes later a young man came over and brought our drinks took our order and disappeared for 20 minutes until the food came. Once he brought us our food he disappeared again. We were never asked if we wanted a refill or dessert. We had to flag him down to get the check! The manger came out asking each table how they were doing when he looked at my wife and I he bypassed our table. I couldn't help but notice he looked me in my eyes and kept it moving. There were several tables of loud drunk people I mean its a bar and grill but they were over the top and were not asked to quiet down or leave. I moved here six months ago and have been trying to check out the independent restaurants but I was so offended by the attitude of everyone that worked there I don't think I will ever go back. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. I must say the food was great it was to bad the service couldn't match it!

I have probably written this review a hundred times but it’s always been too difficult. This past summer, we gave our precious boy Hank, his last best day on earth. We ventured out to Pumphouse since they allowed dogs so we could grab a small bite before having to say goodbye. Not knowing what to expect, I have to say the staff and service completely blew me away. They didn’t know it was Hanky’s last day but they treated him like a king. We sat outside on the patio, they brought him water with ice, gave us a doggy menu, brought him his own cheeseburger, and gave him so much love and attention… Beyond the food and service for Hank, our food and service for us was outstanding as well. I would recommend this place to anyone! I can’t thank the staff enough for not only making Hanks last day but also giving us such a wonderful last memory with our boy. We haven’t been back since just because it’s been difficult but we are hoping to return each summer on his anniversary to remember him!

My boyfriend and I went to this place about three years ago, it was practically completely empty, it was lunch time too so I'm wondering why it was so empty. Sat at a table with a rickety chair. Moved to a different table that was better. Waitress came to take our order and I had several questions for her about the menu. She didn't know anything about what I was asking her. Everytime I asked her a question she had to run back to the kitchen and was gone for a minute or two. This happened three times, I ended up ordering something super simple so that it wouldn't be wrong. The sandwich had way too much bread for the portion of meat, and I ended up just picking it off. The sweet potato fries were decent. Flash-forward 3 years and we go on a Saturday night, the place is absolutely packed. We got a table next to an open area where we played cornhole. Ordered some drinks, and they were pretty strong. We ordered our meals and ask her to repeat what we told her because she didn't write anything down. When she repeated it, it was wrong, we had to correct her with several things. Food took about 35 to 40 minutes, and as expected, the orders were wrong. The fish and chips were absolutely tasteless, fish was unseasoned and extremely bland, the chips were overdone and super, painfully crunchy. My boyfriend asked for french fries instead of chips and of course he got chips. By the time the waitress came back around he had finished his club sandwich. It took another 15 minutes to get the fries, and when we received them, they were limp and almost cold. Seems as if they were pulled out from the fryer too soon, and they were unseasoned and tasteless. We told the waitress we didn't want to be charged for the meal, and she went and got the manager and they took his meal off the check. There is absolutely no reason for me to return to this place. Tons of waitresses, but waiting for the things you ordered is...
