Great concept, but only if you expect not to be able to do your own work. There is one female employee with short curly gray hair who could not keep her hands off my project. She insisted I paint and peel the sticky tape off at her discretion and when I did not do it her way she decided to take it upon herself to peel everything off for me and in doing so she smeared paint colors together and ruined the pattern also cause paint to get on parts of the stained wood that should not have paint and did not come off. Even when I stepped away to go to the restroom, she attempted to mess with my project more. Her manner of being "helpful" was rude and condescending. In short, she destroyed not only the project I purchased but the experience and memory of the day. Such a disappointment!

Replies must be managed by a robot and the comment "we will reach out to you to see if we can make it right" a suggestion as it has been over a week and NO ONE has contacted me. It sucks that a potentially good business is brought down by a bad employee

It has been over two months and NO ONE has reached out. What horrible business practices. This place should be described as "watch us mess up your design by doing it for you and still charge for it" That's too bad a great idea is ruined by horrible employees.

I love going here. I have done the large projects and have an amazing map of the world that I personalized on my wall. I have the coat hooks that I use to hang bags, work passes and keys. I have a gorgeous door mat I custom painted. I also have lots of the make and take activities. The make and takes are super family friendly and only cost $15 and is a show up and do. They only do make and take on select days and times. So be sure to follow them on Facebook. This is a great place to go with friends. The absolute best of times - Julie and her amazing team will walk you through each step of the project and make sure it looks like something Joanna Gaines made:) Booked an entire session for my friends and I - had some champagne and snacks, enjoyed some great laughs and bonded over the love and joys of crafting.
