A single star is awarded for this location, mainly due to the service and the food.
As we were seated, we were asked immediately for our drinks, and less than 5 minutes later, our orders. We had barely looked at the menu then, so we asked for a bit more time. Our server seemed very annoyed that we were asking for just 5 minutes more, and, yet again, she came right back less than 3 minutes later. So, we had to rush to decide and give her our orders.
Then, we had to wait 30 minutes for our order (there were 2 omelets, 1 Eggs Benedict, and 1 French Toast), and finally received our food when the couple beside us did (even though they were seated 20 minutes after we arrived; one had a burger and the other had pancakes and eggs). Even then, we hadn't received our final omelette until another 10 minutes after, to which our server apologized for the wait, and handed the Egg White and Avocado Omelette.
This Egg White Omelette was meant to have no meat whatsoever on it. However, just before eating, we discovered that there were pieces of some kind of meat inside it. We are a Muslim party, and we repeatedly asked if dishes had pork or ham, so this mystery meat was a concern. After informing the server, she dismissed the concern and asked if we wanted her to throw it. We didn't know for sure if it was ham or pork at the time, so we asked if she could ask if the cooks had accidentally put ham in the food (in case the bits ended up not being pork, saving the dish from the garbage). Unfortunately, our server seemed consistent in wanting to throw it out, and even slightly raised her voice at us, to which we asked kindly if she could, please, take it back and let the cook check it.
She took it back, and the cooks confirmed there was cooked ham on a no-meat dish. She offered, again, to throw it and refund it, and we agreed. In the end, a member of my party did not have the breakfast she ordered due to a mistake on the establishment's part.
Overall, this experience was very negative, and even though the music and ambiance was nice, I doubt we will be ordering from this...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at IHOP, and I have to say that the highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by our server, Jo Jo. From the moment we were seated, Jo Jo made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. In an industry where fast and friendly service can truly elevate a meal, Jo Jo exceeded every expectation.
What impressed me most was Jo Jo’s remarkable speed and attentiveness. The restaurant was fairly busy when we arrived, but you would never have known it by how quickly Jo Jo greeted us, took our order, and made sure everything we needed was delivered promptly. Our drinks came out within minutes, and the food followed not long after, hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered. Jo Jo clearly knows how to manage time efficiently while still maintaining a warm and engaging demeanor.
Throughout our meal, Jo Jo checked in at just the right moments—not too often to interrupt our meal, but enough to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was refilling drinks, bringing out extra napkins, or simply asking how everything was tasting, Jo Jo was always one step ahead. It’s rare to see such a balance of speed, professionalism, and genuine care in customer service, but Jo Jo has mastered it.
What really stood out was Jo Jo’s positive attitude and friendly energy. Even while moving quickly from table to table, they wore a constant smile and made every guest feel like a priority. It’s clear that Jo Jo takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a great experience for others. That level of enthusiasm is contagious, and it turned an ordinary meal into something special.
If you’re lucky enough to be seated in Jo Jo’s section, you’re in for a top-tier dining experience. IHOP is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented team member, and I hope Jo Jo receives the recognition they deserve. I’ll definitely be returning—and I’ll be requesting...
Read moreBy far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant and my family eats at ihop Religiously. This was our first (and last) time at this location and let me start with the service; I can’t even give you my opinion on my waitress she was so overwhelmed and overworked that it was all she could do to get the food to us. I ordered the lemon ricotta, blueberry French toast platter. The kitchen sent her (with no knowledge of what should’ve been served because obviously they just threw this poor girl to the wolves) out with my plate that consisted of 1 single piece of French toast ($9.99 for a stack of 2), no blueberries, nothing but one lone piece of bread. My daughter ordered the crepes we asked for the berry ones specifically with strawberries and Nutella like the photo on the menu showed and got 2 (should’ve been 4) of whatever they felt like making, we couldn’t even figure out which ones they made, again no fruit toppings no Nutella, no explanation. My husband waited 20min for salsa and the pancakes that come with his order. We even tried to work with them and order more food instead of the hassle of them fixing the mess we got. Waited another 20min. I’ve never so much as sent my food back but when she came out with no more food but a $40 check for food we didn’t receive them were told she couldn’t rectify the issue because their was no manager on sight. I gave her a $10 for herself and a $20 on the bill for that joke of a meal and left. I have no regrets besides the fact that I didn’t have time to stay and talk to management myself. If you don’t have the resources to run a business: close it until you do. It’s bad when someone as low maintenance as I takes the time to leave a...
