Stopped here a few weekends ago and walked over from the TA to get some dinner. Door was locked at 6:30pm and could not go in to order and no one acknowledged me at the door. Little frustrated I left and walked back to the TA.
Well today I'm back in town and was really craving breakfast from here since I rarely get to have it and I do enjoy it. Saw in a review that people were going inside now (was a bad review but it told me the lobby was open). So once again I walk over from the TA, thought this time in a light rain to order some breakfast. I get to the door right when an employee was taking food out to a curbside pickup. She instantly said "lobby isn't open till 11am" (it's 9:30 right now) drive through only". Told her I can't drive a semi through the drive through. She and I got snippy real fast and I'll be honest i got frustrated and instantly walked away as she was delivering to someone in a car. Ill admit I lost my cool fast but I really did not want to walk through the rain just to be told to use the drive through or stand out side and order online and then wait. So I walked back to the TA.
My advice since you guys is that you are right next to the truck stop. Let the drivers in. No we won't eat in there but just let us order and leave. We dont have the ability to drive through or wait in our car or wait for delivery. Were in and out. That's it. Hate being treated like trash during this pandemic. I get it were all trying to be safe, but damn look at the demographic around and try to make a way that works best...
Read moreI will start off by saying this taco bell is really close to my house so my family & I go here often. I have had a mix of good & bad experiences from this particular one. Usually our bad experiences were when we went through the drive thru, forgotten items, order made wrong, smashed food etc. However a couple of weeks ago we came inside to order because they had a sign up that their card machine was down & to come inside to use their self ordering kiosk if not paying with cash, so we did & I loved the easy use & the assurance that the order was put in correctly. You can customize your order however you want & add extras, it's really nice. So the last couple of weeks we've been there about 3 times & went in and used the kiosk & have had no issues with missing items or wrong orders & the food has been really good & well made. I will add though that the employees should still try to greet customers as we walk in & be more personable than just calling our name when the order is ready, setting it on the counter & walking away... no smile or thank you or anything. So that was my only complaint today. :) It looks as if they are trying to do better so I have 4 stars, I will update as I see fit. Thank you for better service to the...
Read moreThe service was very friendly and the food was good. My problem with this place is their policy of "re-charging" the customer for correcting orders if you forget to ask to leave something off, even if you correct the order immediately. I've never encountered this policy at any Taco Bell I've visited, and I will never visit this store again.
Update 21SEP2024
I should have checked reviews before I ordered here; I'd have been reminded of how things went last time. This time, their app messed up my order. The blonde lady manager did admit to that and repaired my order. The other "manager", who refused to identify himself, absolutely would not repair my order because it showed up unmodified on his end, despite my having modified these items in the app and the other manager admitting that they have a lot of trouble with the app. Really, he seemed to be enjoying giving me a hard time. So, thank you blonde manager lady for fixing the situation. As to the other guy, you work in a service oriented industry. Maybe you should consider doing something else...
