After considering several companies for a backyard/basement project and future home A/V; home automation update to our existing home we selected Kozi Media Design. They were by far the most professional and comprehensive company for all of our needs.

Kozi Media Design was extremely knowledgeable and professional from the day we met them. They carefully listened to our vision and designed a system that satisfied all of our needs. They also gave us several quality and price options for our consideration to meet our budget restraints.

Their management staff and installation experts are top notch. They are also some of the nicest people I have ever worked for. If you have a question or concern they respond to it immediately and they're always available no matter what day and/or time it is.

In the end we had a fantastic home A/V; home automation system installed at our house that's beyond our wildest dreams!

The team at Kozi Media Design assisted us in the design, installation and ongoing maintenance and upgrades of a whole-home automation system for our new home. I have left multiple messages and emails over the past 4-6 weeks and haven’t received a return email or phone call! I would strongly suggested not giving them a chance to let you down. The reply from the owner is absolute Bull**. I have emails sent and reply’s from Tim’s business email at Kozi Media! I’ve also left voicemails on Tim’s Business Voicemail!!
