We went in last Friday. Tried to use our phone number to look up our account. We found out they never updated my information from my last visit. I'd gone to customer service to update my address & phone number. I requested a replacement card as well. I realized after leaving they never gave me my replacement card. It's my bad for not going back but I was in a bit of a hurry. (mine is worn out and the numbers can't be read) While at the checkout the young man was on his phone texting. He would scan a few items then answer a text At the end of the transaction I asked him my total, as I am having vision problems. He continued to type on his phone and ignore me. My husband had to walk over, look at the screen and inform me of the balance. It was embarrassing. Then we leave the store and stop at their gas station. I have money off due to the big order I just purchased. The attendant tells me I can't use the points without a physical card. (Most places allow look up by phone number) At this point the store is closing & I can't get the new card. This was a very frustrating series of events. I am very disappointed with the customer service and the...
Read moreThis is a review of the gas perks. I very rarely use the points on my card because I find it very difficult to redeem them. I had .43 cpg on my card and was purchasing 93 octane so I tried again. The pump said I had that amount to use. So I started pumping. Then I noticed it didn't take off the discount. I had this happen at this same Sunoco before so I new they would be of no help and I so I called Shop n Save. Had to leave a message to be called back. Made a second call a couple of days later left another message. No response. Sent an email to which they responded. First I was told they did call me back. No voice message or caller ID, but I left that go. I was told there was nothing they could do. The .43 had expired by now.(they hadn't when I was at the gas station). Then they told me to call the Sunoco station or maybe get a new card. No. I didn't need homework. This was supposed to be a "PERK" not a punishment. So my .43cpg is gone and so am I...
Read moreIn response to Jaimie Ramsey - with all due respect, the signage has been up for at the very least, two months. Self-checkout registers are not made for large orders…they freeze up and all of them go down if one freezes. There is always two cashiers and a front end supervisor on duty every night . The store closes at 10 but no one leaves until all customers are taken care of. The front end supervisors work 9 hr shifts and are due for half hour breaks, which they usually don’t have the time to take, which is why they are permitted to purchase items before they leave. Please take into consideration that retail workers are on their feet all day, get treated poorly by customers, and then the customer puts out reviews that are untrue and extremely unkind. Thank you for your understanding. Applications are available at...
