Chico's Off The Rack — Local services in Williamsburg

Went on 8/19 to Williamsburg location to return some items I had ordered online. The experience was excellent and showed me that real old fashioned customer service still exists.I was greeted when I came into the store. The return process was very efficient. I was educated about how to translate Chico’s sizes to the size numbers that are usually in retail stores. Chico’s has expanded its sizes with more availability in larger sizes. It is my plan to return there in person when my family member comes to visit so she can try on clothes vs. ordering online. There are dressing rooms available. I like outlet stores as an opportunity to find quality clothes at a bargain. My closet shows my appreciation for Chico's, full priced and sale. I like their design aesthetic and their quality. This outlet, however, disappointed me - the quality of clothing was clearly different than in their primary stores. Their so-called "off the rack" brand is manufactured especially for the discount market. I'll stick with the bargain racks at Chico's stores. The clothes here were cute but no bargain - you can buy cute t-shirts off the sale racks at Macy's or Belks for better. If it's not Chico's quality, I'm not paying...
