Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Williamsburg

I have never had as bad customer service as I had tonight at Little Caesars in Williamsburg Kentucky. First of all the manager was very rude when I got out of my vehicle and told me that it was just drive through only while he was sitting there on his butt doing nothing. So I go through drive-thru and when I finally get to my turn they inform me that they are out of breadsticks for tonight. He flat out refused to make any more and told me all he could sell me was pizzas. I know better than that since I worked in a community restaurant. You're supposed to serve the customers until time to close. They just wanted to get everything ready so they could close exactly at 10:00 and get out of there. It was pretty pathetic. I had children at home that wanted to eat and I could not purchase what they wanted because they didn't want to do extra dishes. I do not recommend this place and I honestly think they should replace their manager! He was very rude and acted pretty freaking pathetic! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I'm still looking for corporate's office and I will find it and I will have more than one complaint! I do not recommend this place to anyone! Especially when they have hungry kids at home wanting specific things and can only eat specific things and they flat out refuse to make...

I have always loved Little Caesars pizza. There have been times when their pizza's have been overcooked. Other than that, I really enjoy their pizzas. I also love that they don't cost an arm and a leg. We ordered a large pepperoni and a large cheese at Papa John's for delivery less than 8 miles away, and they wanted to charge over $75.00. I asked for a fresh pizza and the lady that was taking my order acting like i asked for the impossible, they wasn’t busy. She handed me a timer and i proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes on 2 basic pepperoni and bread. She didn’t give me the sauce for the bread like usual but instead told me to pay for and i said just forget it. I get home a total of 5 minutes away from little ceasers and the pizza is a little warm at best. I’m taking my business up the road to pizza hut from now on....
