My sister and I went into the store browsing and found some nice plate sets and thought our grandma would like them. One of the workers came over and asked if we needed help and we told her not right now we are going to FaceTime our grandmother and see if she would like any of the plate sets. The worker (an older woman) stood there right behind us and watched our every move. It seemed like she thought we were going to steal something. The whole 10 minutes we were on FaceTime with our grandma she stood right behind us just watching with a disapproving expression. My sister finally turned around and told her we can get her if we decide on a set, still chose not to leave/watch any other customer in the store. Finally we decided to get two matching plate sets and we were told the other set was in the back but we could go ahead and check out while they get it ready. We proceeded to check out and pay. Once we paid the manager came back and said the second set was partially broken and missing some plates and bowls. He asked if we would still want it, he still wanted us to pay full price for this partial set! I told them I would like a refund for the whole purchase and left with nothing. Zyliss Cook Non-stick Frying Pan: Overall, a solid non-stick pan. We were able to make fried eggs with cheese, with no oil or butter, and they did not stick to the pan.
