Very disappointed which we could provide no stars!! The store wanted a sale did not care about the customers-and District Manager was willing to let us walk out the store after we were given wrong information.
My Husband and I just moved to the area and needed a mattress asap . I was going to call the store to express our concerns. I waited a week to process our experience. We are so disappointed. The sales lady/ manager was kind ,my husband and I was looking at mattresses and the sales lady said this particular mattress was on sale and it came with a free adjustable head and feet rest. The sales lady was not sure if sales included both head and leg rest-while My husband and I was standing there, she asked her District manager to confirm- He replied Yes . And after that We were interested in purchasing the mattress.
My husband and I had to confirm the date when our home would be ready to deliver mattress . Therefore we left the store. We returned the next day . (Excited and ready to purchase) Sales lady was so kind and very informative about the mattress. At the time of purchase, she informed us that the free adjustable features was only for head , not the leg. Yesterday the district manager confirmed that it was for both . Now the story changed,what ?!!!.While standing there she called District Manager and His story changed and that it was only for head rest
The lady was so kind and seems to have provided knowledgeable information about mattress and at this point we needed a mattress. So we purchased it. The mattress was delivered as scheduled. However the head adjuster did not fit our bed -at the time of purchase the sales lady said it will fit any bed and that we just needed to make small adjustments.
We called the store when mattress was delivered and informed sales last that it will not work with our bed . The sales lady replied, oh! I didnāt know you had a bed that had drawers and informed us it doesnāt work with all beds. We were never informed that there was a certain type of bed that will only work with the adjustable features .
And I am telling the truth, if we had known that,we would not have purchased the bed.. The sales Manager tells us -I am very sorry maybe you can sell it or give it away because it was free. š³ The problem is -we purchased the bed because we wanted those features for our back as we are getting older and now we donāt have any of the features.. our first sales experience in our new home community Williamsburg was very disappointing.
No one followed up with us . You would think, if customers informed you they were not pleased or missed informed -someone would have the courtesy to follow up with you -

My 25-year-old son began to experience back pains which caused his upper back muscles to stiffen and his neck to lock. I had to physically massage his back and use bio freeze to relieve the consistent pain. We both knew it was time to be rid of his old mattress which amounted to a painful back in the morning. After work on Friday I drove to Mattress Warehouse, looking for a mattress topper. Soon I found out that was not the way to go. It really did not make since once I thought about it. As I entered the store, I met the man of the houseā Billā who was as friendly and very much approachable. I felt at ease right away. He greeted me and asked how he could help. I informed him of the situation and he gave me a few possible solutions to the problem. I told him we (husband, myself and son) would be back on Sunday to select a mattress. Well, Sunday had arrived, and we met Bill and he did an outstanding job in showing and allowing my son to lay on different mattresses to help him decide on which was the best. He did not pressure us, but let my son go back and forth until he made his decision. He showed us other features that could also assist with providing additional comfort for my son. We conversed and dialoged along the entire process. We decided to finance. My son was approved but for only 2,000 - $2200. His selection pieces totaled up to about $3000. Ok, it was time for adjustments to take the price down some. To spare you all the details of this transaction, Bill, was able to help my son by making a phone call for permission to modify a few things with the items selected. In the end, my son will receive his new mattress on Saturday thanks to BILL!!!!! My son was able to get a deeper understanding of how credit and negotiations are operated. My son was able to walk out of Mattress Warehouse with his head held high and his confidence intact. My husband and I were happy to see our son use his own credit and buy without our financial help. Thank you, Bill for your patience and diligence in ensuring my son received a much-needed mattress for a nightly peaceful rest to be a more effective and productive worker on his job. Mark, my salesperson, was patient, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my many visits--before finally making a decision; as it was a big and important purchase. Even the delivery guys were nice, speedy and professional. Unfortunately, I ended up with a dud. I found my mattress to be unnaturally hard and found many defects on it (a Medium Beautyrest). I called in right away (next day from delivery), with my issues and was told that I should "jump" on my mattress to facilitate it's "breaking-in." I was beyond myself, as this would not only harm the rest of the bed, but it was ridiculous, as she was the "manager," Kaitlyn. She then instructed me to wait at least thirty days before any action could be taken. I waited, then called back and spoke to her directly. She told me I waited too long--there was nothing she could do. I was very confused, and disputed her decision. She became very difficult, wouldn't exchange or provide a solution, nevermind a refund. I insisted getting in touch with her higher-up, which she refused to provide information for, she let me know "I could only speak to her, that she would reach out to them directly." Eventually, I insisted on a resolution, which she put in for an inspector to look at the problem. The inspector was very concerned with the mattress and strongly suggested an exchange. The manager, "Kaitlyn," never got back with me. I reached back out to the store and was finally helped by my original salesperson, who could complete a refund, contrary to what his "manager" told me. She only wanted me to directly work with her. Mark ordered my replacement after seeing the completed inspection in the system. I received my mattress the very next day. Sometimes the problem it's not the location, but who you work with. I've read a lot of positive reviews here regarding the manager, and I am sure when you work on commission the goal is to be nice and helpful, but when something goes wrong how you handle that is key. I would have never returned to this store due to the"manager's" antics, but if I do, I will only...
