I saw a skirt online. I went to the store trying to find it and it was only available online. I purchased the skirt and it was too small. I tried to exchange it just to find out they do not take Apple Pay on the chat. So they wanted me to give them my credit card through the chat to exchange the skirt. I decided to send it back and repurchase only to find out that to send it back you must pay $9 shipping. I tried to repurchase the skirt and the price had gone up $30. I don’t know why these stores think it is ok to charge $9 for us to just try the outfits or even to touch it. Yvette dedicated herself to helping me find what I needed, tracking down different sizes and styles. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even offering opinions on what worked and what didn't. I took off one star just because the clothing sizes seem to be inconsistent, which is annoying when you don't know what size to pull off the rack. But overall - well done to the team of employees...
