This place has gone downhill. My husband and I decided to take our daughter and her friend to play laser tag on Saturday, July12th. For 8 tickets, two games for a group of 4, which is two sessions each, itâs $136. The guy running laser tag wasnât very friendly and demonstrated horrible customer service. Once we started playing, only one reload station was operable on each side. And if I remember correctly, a while back they also had black lights on during the game, as to which they did not this time. When we finished our first game of two sessions we went to give the guy our next set of tickets to play again, to which he informed us there was a birthday party and that we would play in a minute. We sat waiting to start, but then realized he was giving the party group instructions to play, and including us in their group. At this time I told him we wanted to play separately from them and thatâs when he informed us that they would be playing for an hour. I felt that since we were already there and already prepped and ready to play we should have been allowed to do so instead of the party going before us. We would have been done by the time he finished suiting the kids up and giving them instructions. So instead of waiting we decided we would quit and go get a refund for the other 4 remaining tickets. The people at the desk informed my husband they do not give refunds but would give us an arcade card for the remaining balance. So we accepted the card. That was a disappointment as well as trying to play laser tag. Half the games didnât work, some of the games when you swiped your card took off from the balance but wouldnât play,(a chicken game where you pull the lever back), balls were missing from the skee ball machines so they had to share, and the basketball game where the basket moves didnât release any basket balls. Money wasted all the way around. Both soap dispensers in the womenâs bathroom were not working and my husband witnessed a male employee run water on his hands but no soap! We have had our daughters birthday parties here in the past, and had ok experiences. But just coming in for quick entertainment was horrible!!! We have decided we will not be...
Read moreOk so my review of the place really use to be a strong 5 star but that has gone downhill in some ways !!! been visiting sense 2013 yea I know :) enyways I have held 3 birthday party's hear in the past all with over 75 kids and it was good prices around 200 I wanna say for the party's cici use to have the pizza came from cici pizza when it was open beside the place, now thay do in house from what it looks like now! thay do have a pizza oven in there cook area with a popcorn cooker!!! but I didn't try it reason I'm ranking so low is due to 3 facts first is prices Ages 1-4: $10 Ages 5-12: $19 Ages 13-17: $21 That's high when thay original opened it was half the price i get inflation but double?? Also that was with new inflatable rides !!!
Second The condition of the inflatables is in distress thay are aged I went around inspecting them many leaks some are big ones the largest I found was about 9 inches blowing 1000s of cfm out of it for thows that are not mechanical inclined that's a lot of air!! Many of them are Patched with vinyl tape patches and glue thay are leaking by the way!!!!! while this does work the "proper way" is a vinyl patch and Kevlar or nylon sewing thread, overall cleanliness is so so I would say as far as grime its clean!!! But many of the rides are super dusty at the tops of rides this is a simple fix clean them when deflated !!
Third issue is the games I notice there is lots of new machines its cool that thay are alot of arcade games in hear! It sceems to be where the $$$ has been focused its evident, but the main focuse should be on the bounce part honestly there are many arcades in willumsburg prices are high 1 to 2 $per just like all arcades this could get pricey no we didn't play them thar are many arcades in the burg bush gardens, go carts plus, great wolf the list is long so it makes them not so special in my opinion? Suggestion bring in a season passes that will draw locals in :) most of us locals have bush gardens season passes and just drive past pay every time places...
Read moreBounce House Williamsburg is clean, safe, and fun. I always love to bring in my nephews and nieces when they are in town. They are ages ranging from 6 to 2 and they all have such a blast! There are several different inflatables for all appropriate ages and a toddler's section for the little ones and all of the inflatables are all very clean. If any are damaged, the management is very quick to repair/replace the inflatables to make sure everything is safe for the kids. It is always well kept and there are always employees working hard to monitor safety, enforce the rules, and clean the floor of messes. The employees are always helpful and are willing to do whatever is necessary to make it a better environment for children with a great attitude. They are all very respectful and always seem to have a smile on their face. The owner also seems to be there very often, which shows that he cares about the business and is willing to make sure it is run smoothly.
Aside from the inflatables, there are also arcade-type games and other fun activities such as the hurricane simulator and the bungee bounce. There is also a full concessions stand with drinks, snacks, desserts, and a large variety of great (and not too pricy) food such as cheeseburgers, hotdogs, cheese sticks, corndogs, etc. The kids have nonstop fun while they're there and there is free wifi so I'm not bored! And the best part is that you can go in the morning and bounce, then you can go home for lunch and naps, and then you can come back for even more bouncing free of charge... if it is in the same day of course. We all love the Bounce House and it is a a great way to let the kids let loose some energy rather than play video...
