I just got home and after looking over my receipt it seems that she double charged me for the boxes that I bought. I had a store pick up order with three boxes on it and then in the store I bought three more but on my receipt she charged me for five boxes and I only bought three. The cashier took them(my online order boxes and store order) out on the counter at the same time which I didn't understand when she was doing it why she did that because I knew that it was going to be a problem, but because it was almost closing time AND it was snowing I trusted that she knew what she was doing and just let it go. Dumb idea that was, now I have to drive another 15 minutes all the way back to the store to argue with somebody about whether or not I got these boxes because now the store is closed and they're not going to believe me so that's a pain in my butt. I really don't want yo do all that but right now money is tight and that money will help pay other bills. I know it was a honest mistake on her part, now lets see how they handle it in the morning. Other than that the store is always very quiet It's not really clean but not really dirty and the associates are as friendly as they have to be. The girl tonight was very polite she got the keys and got me the spray paint I needed as soon as I asked for it so that was great but then she definitely got herself confused at the register and I hope tomorrow they don't give me a horrible horrible time trying to refund or get my money back for these boxes and if they don't then I will increase their review but as of right now I'm just frustrated cuz it's snowing, I have mobility issues especially in the cold and I don't want to have to drive all the way back over there.
They wouldnt refund my money.....said I could not prove that I bought only...
Read moreThis is the (current) manager. This is the product I was in search of (snow-tex). When asked where it was (because it wasn’t in aisle 81 as the website states), he decided to be confrontational with a very snarky “sir, I’m trying to help you”, AFTER he stated they didn’t have any if it wasn’t in that aisle. The website shows 15 in stock. That aisle has been partitioned for Christmas ware so it was moved to make room for seasonal items. It was moved. I found the item, all 15 of them, doing his job for him. 1). Do not become confrontational with a customer. 2). Let a customer finish speaking. 3). Don’t be snarky with a customer. 4). Do your j-o-b. It’s simple, especially when there less people in your store than bottles of snow-Tex on a shelf IN AISLE FIFTY SEVEN. And 5). ? Some advice: You’re there to help the customer. We make YOUR job happen. Retail isn’t for everyone, but there are jobs where you can be far in the back of a warehouse and don’t have to deal with the public. ...
Read moreOrdered online for in store pickup. I received an email saying to walk in and press the pickup button and they will bring my order. Several minutes after pressing the clearly marked pickup button, I went to find an associate as nobody had come. Associate was rude and informed me that they did not use the button at this location(weird, why is it out and marked for use?) and that I would have to wait in a long line at the checkout or have them bring it to me curbside. Proceeded to leave the store, call, and have my order brought out. Annoying and confusing experience all around- associate was unnecessarily rude, and I don't understand how it was easier for them to bring outside to me instead of handing it to me in the store. I will not be shopping at this store again under its...
