Wawa — Restaurant in Williamsburg

We came for the grand opening, and everything about this new location exceeded expectations! The store feels so fresh, clean, and well laid out, making it easy to find everything we needed. Shelves were fully stocked, and despite the busy crowd, it never felt overwhelming. Getting in and out was simple thanks to the spacious parking lot.

The staff was absolutely wonderful Shay, Tina and another young man at the register were especially kind and friendly, and every employee we interacted with had a welcoming attitude, which made the experience even better.

Of course, the coffee did not disappoint! I grabbed an iced coffee that was perfectly made, and my parents enjoyed hot coffee that they said was delicious. It’s so convenient having this location right off Route 199, and I know we’ll be coming here for years to come.

Came in at about 2:30ish in the morning and everyone was so lovely!!! One of the gentlemen stocking noticed I was having a hard time scanning my app at check out and he promptly came over to help me with it. Not only that but the older gentleman with fashionable purple glasses who made my drink did a SUPERB job at fulfilling my latte needs with a delicious peppermint latte with some customizations. Beautiful new location, so glad there is one on this side of town! Only been twice but my coffee was great each time! Unfortunately I made a mistake in the mobile app which allowed a stranger to steal my money through the pump, The manager explained to me that I would be able to call customer service and everyone apologized profusely, even though it was my mistake. when I called customer service, they were able to give me a refund and give me my points back...
