Great prices for upholstery fabric. They have just started carrying a few quality cotton/spandex, modal/bamboo/spandex, which I love. I have made for myself 1 Mother of the Bride and 4 formal dresses for cruises from their formal and sequined fabric. They have crafts and puzzles and the like. The staff is always super helpful and freindly. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the building smells moldy/musty and I always have to soak my fabric in special enzyme solution for a day...
