Sit at drive thru menu board for 15 minutes before they even answered it and we could see the walking around and kept looking at us thru the side window but not/like refusing to acknowledge us sitting there and laughing and carrying on with each other. Then when I tell them my name and that I am there to pick up an online order that was placed 20 minutes before I got there, they tell me to pull up to second window for it. Get there and guess what? Still not completed yet. And mind you, there were NO other customers when we first pulled into the drive thru. So we sat there another 15 minutes waiting for the order to be completed and given to us. Still they just bouncing around in there like they are just having a grand old time. Finally get our order and noticed the bag didn't look right to me, I asked if that was everything, was assured it was. But with having had so many times getting home and finding the order wasn't correct, we pull to the side to check it, it was missing the 2 crunch wraps, and the soft tacos looked like rolled up burritos but the size of a single tamale. So my wife had to go inside with the order and have it corrected, they must not have been happy because the crunchwraps didn't have any of the items in it that was ordered in them. I have decided that will no longer go to the willis taco bell anymore. Enough enough already, so we will start going to the taco bell on league...

Someone needs to go ahead and shut this location down. Straight up I will contact corporate this time. Idk if these are franchised but regardless you have a standard to maintain. This location is complete trash. I went about a year ago and ordered two meals. One was completely missing. I go back this time to try them again and they could not have messed up the order anymore than they had. The crunchy tacos had very little filling, I mean they were so thin they looked like they flattened them with a rolling pin. Then they were completely smashed up. This was fine since the intact bits were strangely chewy. Literally half the food was missing AGAIN. They put zero sauce in the bag, even when extra was paid for. Went back in because I checked the bag this time since last time I got home to dicover they were incompetent. Guy puts the cinnamon twists in the bag but then they put the cheese sauce in the bag OPEN on top of the twists so it was spilled on everything. Staff must be higher than a kite in this location to end up with orders as bad as they do. The revenue is probably high since they are ripping off everyone that visits. If you did your orders correctly you would get repeat business and be more profitable. No napkins either. I will not come back here again. A mobile order was made too so it cannot be that it was misheard, perhaps this location struggles with illiteracy among...

I recently visited this restaurant and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I found no one at the register, and patrons were expected to place their orders at a kiosk. Unfortunately, no staff members greeted me or inquired if I needed assistance while I was waiting for my mobile order pickup.

I had ordered online, which indicated my meal was ready, but after waiting for several minutes without any updates, I managed to find someone to check on my order. She informed me that it was still being prepared. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. When I followed up again, I was told that they were short-staffed and that my order was still in progress.

What was particularly frustrating was that I had arrived before other customers, yet they were being served while I remained waiting. It was clear that the restaurant was struggling with efficiency, as I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes at that point.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Most tables were dirty, and the floor was in need of attention. It seems that the staff was overwhelmed, not only with orders but also with maintaining a clean dining area.

As a result of this experience, I can confidently say that I will not be returning, even if my kids express a desire to visit. Overall, I was left feeling quite disappointed with my experience at...

I used the app to order my food for drive thru pickup 10/07/2021 around 12:30pm. Everything was perfect, the employees were friendly, and they had me back on the road in no time at all! I am very happy with my experience with this location, and will be back! 11/16/2021 - Drive Thru service around 1pm was outstanding. The Manager on Duty even said hello at the window, and you could hear and see the store working together as a team. I cannot say enough good things about each person at this location, their thoughtfulness, and an exceptional respect for my time. Oreder 300161 - 08/22/2022 Jennifer's customer service remains truly exceptional, and I look forward to visiting my local Taco Bell as a result!

They gave me the wrong items. They forgot some of the sides (I.e nacho fries, guacamole, creamy jalapeño sauce), places the sour cream for the supreme tacos in a side container. A bit insulted with the amount of cheese the gave me with the one nacho fries they did give. Waited 30 minutes to receive the order. I don’t expect a whole lot from fast food places but this was a very very poor experience. I’m glad the guys have a good attitude, but not at the expense of my money/ food

If I could rate the service 0/5 I would. These “kids” that made my order had a very joyous attitude, and managed to completely screw up the order. Carefree you could say. They gave me the wrong items. They forgot some of the sides (I.e nacho fries, guacamole, creamy jalapeño sauce), places the sour cream for the supreme tacos in a side container. A bit insulted with the amount of cheese the gave me with the one nacho fries they did give. Waited 30 minutes to receive the order.
