My boyfriend and I went in there to see if they could help figure out why my boyfriend's car stereo sounded so bad, my boyfriend already had them install the stereo in his truck about a year ago, and the guy who came out to help us, last Friday, was not helpful at all, he didn't even seem like he wanted our business, let alone even care what my boyfriend was saying about the stereo. My boyfriend literally had to say to the guy in the nicest sounding way possible " Should I just bring it elsewhere or is this something you can help us with???' After saying that, the guy finally made a little more effort to be helpful but it still made us angry and frustrated because the guy who was working wouldn't even walk out to our truck so that we could quickly show him what we meant by the stereo not sounding right since we don't know much of anything about stereo or speaker installation. At this point I walked back outside because I was so annoyed and my boyfriend ended up making an appointment for the following Monday. We will see what happens but I'm not so sure why that employee was so awful at customer service considering his job is 100% customer service!!! Jayson and his assistant (Adrian - believe) are incredibly helpful. They helped me upgrade the stereo in my 2019 Toyota 4Runner to my liking with JL speakers, amp and processor.
