I am ALWAYS looking to buy clothes as cheap as I possibly can because my weight fluctuates so much and I've been losing a massive amount of weight this past year and my mom actually took me in here for the first time several months ago and I fell in love! We SHOPPED! I got pretty much my whole summer wardrobe from there this year. I really like the selection they have here. I'm really picky about clothing because I have a lot of sensory issues and my clothes over-stimulate me a lot and I was able to find a lot of things I loved here.

The staff is super nice snd friendly from what I have experienced so far. They are nice, interactive with their customers the best they can be given how busy they get, pretty patient from what I've seen, and always answer my questions to the best of their ability as well.

Selling: I have only sold to them once (roughly a month ago) and I give the ladies who worked that day MAJOR props because not only was it really busy but I brought them 4 or 5 huge garbage bags full of clothes and they went through them in a timely manner, explained to me very well why they didn't take what they didn't take, complimented and thanked me for the plus size clothing I brought to them and I was able to buy new clothes and shoes with that money and still had money left over. I don't remember the girls name who checked me out that day but she was SUCH A SWEETHEART and we had a great interaction! She made me laugh and made the checkout process a breeze for me. The selling process for me was fantastic. I'm going back again today to sell again and I really hope I have the same experience I had last time.

I recommend this place constantly, especially to my plus size friends because they have a good selection for a decent price! And the selection got even better with all the stuff I dropped off before 😆 GO SHOPPING HERE!!! ITS GREAT!

I'm sorry to those who had bad experiences in the past but they seem to have improved since then tremendously 🥰 and I can tell how hard they work to ensure their customers have a great shopping/selling experience.

Mixed feelings, and a warning. I don't get a chance to shop often. I have been coming here for the selection and because buying recycled or gently used clothing is way better for the environment. Going on vacation in two weeks, I drove an hour from my town to the store. After sorting through the racks, waiting in line to try things on, and actually loving what I tried on, the cashier told me I couldn't purchase the clothes because the items I found were actually not for sale for another two weeks, and that I would have to come back in two weeks if I wanted them. These items had price tags and were out in the general population of the clothing racks, and the cashiers just didn't care. I know that am not entitled to anything, and in the big scheme of things, not being able to buy clothing is better for my budget and not a big deal. Except that it felt rude, like a dismissal of my time and energy spent there, and they just didn't care at all that they accidentally stocked the floor with these items. Feeling like a "Karen", I politely asked for a manager, but decided to leave when told the manager was on break as I had to be somewhere. I also tried to apologize to the cashier and explain that I understood she was just following the rules, but she cut me off and asked if I wanted a receipt for the one thing I was allowed to buy. I felt bad if my asking for a manager made her feel bad, so being further treated like that made the experience worse. Overall, I am trying to own my part in this knowing it's really not a big deal on the larger scale, but just be aware and don't fall in love with...

As I have mixed feelings for this store, that's why I have a three-star rating.

I find the clothing selection to be decent considering that there's not a large selection of clothing stores in the area. I'm usually able to find what I'm looking for or something close (although I've never had much luck finding jeans in my size) I'm usually quick to recommended this location when looking for dresses and appropriate work wear. I also love that you can get points for adding your phone number.

The problem that I find, is not having much luck when it comes to selling. I usually never make much more than $10. While I understand that many people come in and sell, and they're looking for the highest quality clothing (which is appreciated) it's still disappointing. I do try to donate, but getting cash on the spot is slightly more appealing.

I've never had bad customer service, the shopping selection is well stocked. There's many benefits to being a shopper here. I would say my biggest critique would be trying to sell. I would still recommend coming here if you're looking for a nice dress for a wedding...
