99 Restaurant has great food' great service: and great people . 99 has hot food better than Applebee's that's for sure.. the prices might be a little high but you pay for good food like their Applewood ribs which I always get.. the seats aren't that comfortable but after awhile you get use to it.. I've been there five or six times now and there's not a lot of people there. the highest amount of people that I've seen there is around 20 which ain't bad..
it's pretty quiet there unless 1 thing happens... sometimes I get kind of pissed when people bring their kids_ babies to a restaurant which is for adults . this restaurant is definitely not for kids or babies. parents should not be bringing their kids to restaurants that are made for adults. adults want quiet time' with peace not whiny babies and kids... this restaurant should have a sign on the door before you enter no kids or babies allowed under the age of 10..... Places you should be bringing your kids is Zachary's Pizza' pizza putt' Spare Time bowling' miniature golf' McDonald's' Burger King' things like that. not for a high-end restaurant with alcohol drinks that's definitely not a kids restaurant..
Overall I'm happy with the service the food and things like that... there's not really much to complain about at the 99 Restaurant .. there's sometimes a small waiting peroid Like 20 minutes or so but you'll wait the 20 minutes if you like to enjoy their food... That's about it. that's all I can say.. will I go back . Let's see .......
Read moreFrom the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting — but what really made the experience exceptional was the staff, particularly our server, Emma.
Emma went above and beyond to guide us through the menu. She wasn’t just friendly — she was genuinely caring. Her attentiveness wasn’t performative or rushed; it was sincere. She made sure our drinks were never empty, explained everything patiently, and checked in not just to “check a box,” but to ensure we had everything we needed.
In today’s world, that kind of authentic service is rare. All too often, you feel hesitant to ask for anything because staff seem too busy or distant. With Emma, we felt welcomed, cared for, and comfortable — like valued guests rather than just another table.
To the managers and corporate team: this location is doing something very right. If every restaurant offered this level of care, the dining experience everywhere would be transformed. Please recognize and celebrate the incredible work being done here — especially by Emma. She’s the kind of employee every brand should be proud to have.
We’ll absolutely be back — and recommending this location to friends and family. Thank you for making our...
Read more7pm on a Monday is not the time to eat here. Although there were only a couple occupied tables, all the other tables were full of dirty dishes and not cleared from previous guests. The host, who was just standing around chatting with another a waitress, told me I could eat at the bar, or wait for a table to be cleared. He acted super annoyed when I asked to wait for a clean table.
The food was terrible. I ordered a sirloin and broccoli. The steak that was supposed to be cooked medium was cold and raw on the inside and full of grizzle and tendons throughout. It was completely disgusting and inedible. The steamed broccoli had completely obvious black rotten spots on the crowns. I can't believe they served it. The waitress was friendly and attentive, apologized profusely, and offered to replace the meal.. but I'd lost my appetite by that time. She did take the entree off my check and let me take the steak home to give to my dog, but I still ended up paying $15 for a beer and left feeling completely grossed out. It was so gross I didn't even take pictures.
Serious management and food quality issues at this restaurant. I would NEVER...
