I had been a previous member of this facility before I moved out of state. I already enjoyed the calm, clean, and local community vibe of the space. Had I not needed to relocate, I would have continued with my membership.
I was recently back home visiting my family for the holidays and called to inquire about potentially purchasing a temporary pass. The staff was beyond accommodating and flexible to my unique circumstance and were so welcoming and friendly.
I also travel with my profession and see quite a range of diverse gym cultures and management styles. I was very impressed by the attention to detail in cleanliness and COVID-protocol to prioritize the safety and health of members and staff.
There is a wide variety of equipment, which is well-maintained, clear communication and practice for health standards, and a helpful and joyful team of trainers and managers available.
Overall, from having been an ongoing member to returning for a brief time, I have had outstanding experiences every time. I highly recommend Charter Fitness...
Read moreWillowbrook Charter Fitness's trainer Nikki is stellar. Nikki is absolutely wonderful and I believe may have a waiting list!! Out of the five trainers I have worked with in the past - all of whom have been knowledgeable, Nikki is by far the most educated and makes sure to target your problem/ challenging areas. She asks how you are feeling both physically and mentally prior to your workout, and customizes the workout based on your answer. I am over 50 years old and trained for my first bikini competition October 2018 and will enter again April 2019. Without Nikki, this would not have been possible - trust me - we had and continue to have a lot of work to do, but with her guidance, not only is it fun - but very productive and very...

Someone is going to get hurt on that incline bench the seat has been broken for years. The red head door guard dog girl, they have a card key do something already. Haven’t seen training going on in years the girl they had that actually could draw a class left years ago. The men’s locker room doors are broken and in need of repair. There are better choices in the area to train. LA fitness is comparable and you won’t have to go to the doctor for a staph infection. When the review below mentions a patron you know they work there and it’s a bogus review. 16 years don’t sound like...
