By this being my first time ever visiting here I walked away very insulted. I ordered a kids meal for my son, advertised for the you are planes and bracelets, I saw the plan while the man was digging in the box, then I saw him put it back. This month, I recently began eating at Subway again. I had not eaten from Subway in over 3yrs. This location was the nearest to me, when i stopped in the staff was very nice. I told the women making my sandwich its been a long time. How other sub restaurants bread I've found did not match theirs. She says ooh, people say our bread is stale. That day, my sandwich was great. I go in Saturday night order a sub, the gentleman was nice and patient with me. I asked for a wheat footlong, the bread looked a little odd. I ordered mine toasted and they didn't toast it yet they were toasting a sandwich when I picked it up. I asked for a lot of veggies and they put only a little. I put American cheese on my online order and there wasn't any cheese in both my sandwiches even though I can see it there on their display. I shouldn't have left a tip.
