Cruisin' Tikis Wilmington — Local services in Wilmington

Mark, our captain, was very good and tipped accordingly well. The 1st address provided was very incorrect and the 2nd , supposedly correct, address location was very difficult to locate and too far to carry a heavy cooler with food & drinks. There was also temporary fencing up because of an outdoor concert which blocked much potential street parking. Much more could be said about the extra time and frustration, but I suggest having a map showing where the Tiki Taxi, buildings, river walk, street parking is all located so that customers can see where they should try to park their 2 vehicles, where and how far they need to walk, etc. The cruise itself was nice, but too expensive considering that there is no food or drinks provided and the additional expense of a...

I want to start the review by saying Captain Mark was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The experience itself was so much fun, and we all had a great time!

However, the biggest downside was the miscommunication about where to meet. The website lists one address, but the confirmation email provides a different one. Parking is on the street and is mostly used by the two apartment buildings near the riverwalk, making it extremely limited. Additionally, we were not given instructions on which dock to meet at. We had an absolutely amazing time with Cruisin’ Tikis Wilmington! The boat ride was the perfect mix of fun, drinks, relaxation, and beautiful scenery. The tiki boat itself is such a unique and charming way to explore the water — it felt like a floating island paradise.

Captain Patrick was fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better with his great energy and stories. He made sure we were comfortable, safe, and having a blast the entire time.
