UPDATE seeing as the owner is responsive and clearly cares a lot about their customers, the quality of the merchandise they carry, and their reputation, I am updating my review. I have not been back in the store and probably will not given that it is not my style, but I think people should definitely give it a chance. Previous Review I suppose if you have $1000 to spend on a Louis Vuitton handbag, this is the place to go. However, I would skip this place if youāre looking for clothing. Everything I saw could hardly be considered vintage, with Gap and J Crew clothing that most certainly was not more than 10 years old (and overpriced at that).
I went on google to look at other reviews, and was appalled to see that the manager and owner have added their own 5-star reviews in response to bad customer reviews. Anybody who has ever managed a google business listing knows how easy it is to reply directly to reviews, so there is no excuse for this underhanded way of responding to reviews. In my opinion I see this as very unprofessional and a misuse of Google business. It does not instill any confidence in me that they are conducting business...

As my sis in law and I were browsing the store, the young woman never uttered one syllable⦠never offered to open a case of vintage Enid Collins bagsā¦never inquired if we had questions. She simply glared at us as we walked through. I went to the front display case of jewelry and spent several minutes looking at the contents through the glass. The young woman made mad faces, made grunts of displeasure and generally made it known that she had zero interest in customers in the store. At this point Iād had all the bad attitude I could take and announced to my sis in law that I was leaving, as I had enough of Little Miss Sunshine glaring at me.
