Paul is a very nice gentleman. He’s also a in the service which he doesn’t say anything about to people. He did my daughters engagement ring and it’s beautiful. Then my husband give my daughter his mothers wedding band. Paul makes a Complete new ring so it would match her engagement ring. But he still kept a little bit of my mother in law style. He worked awesome knowing just how to place all the diamonds. My son decided also to go see Paul to have the engagement ring done for his for his future wife. He did a wonderful job with that knowing exactly what she would like with not even meeting her taking the time and patience to talk to my son about her. Now I was in there the other day do you have another ring me and I’m still undecided on what I wanted he was very patient yet so many people in there at that time two people coming and going he’s very polite thing excuse me let me is it OK if I take care of this customer for second. And I said of course because I still had decided what I wanted. This gentleman is in business to make people happy and do you have the ring that they choose to the rest of their life‘s. For some of the reviews I’ve read maybe you were in the wrong store. Cause who ever you are talking about. I feel strongly that it’s not Paul. WARNING I walked into the EMPTY store greeting the gentleman behind the counter by asking how he was doing that day. He replied "Fine, what do you want?" I asked if he could help me by telling me alittle about a watch I had that belonged to my father who passed away. He replied " We don't do anything with watches. (AS HE WAS HOLDING TWO WATCHES IN HIS HANDS ONE WITH A LEATHER BAND AN THE OTHER WITH A METAL BAND). As I looked at the two watches in his hands he says." Well, we change the bands on watches an sell them every now an then. I laugh it off an ask so you couldn't tell me weither or not it's silver or gold or weither or not it has links. He replies "Well I guess if you make an appointment." I stopped him mid sentence an said I'm done here you've made it perfectly clear how this is going to go. He shrugs me off an mutters something under his breathe. If you are an elderly,and handicap/disabled person, go somewhere else for your jewelry needs. 1 star is too much credit for the owner of this store. The owner is ignorant and impatient, and there were only 2 customers in the store. He is incapable of handling a customer who suffered 2 strokes, is elderly, unable to walk properly or speak correctly at times, and all that was needed was a battery replacement. Went in to have a battery replaced, owner replaced it and stated the watch worked. Reviewed the watch myself and the watch didn't work. Promptly, tried to get the owners attention and he said it worked fine for him, that will be $10. Tried unsuccessfully to hand the watch back to his co-worker and she couldn't be bothered. Paid $10. No receipt provided. Attempted to get a receipt and was told "are you serious?". What company in this day and age mistreats an elderly, handicap/disabled person and flat out won't provide a receipt when asked? Go somewhere else, do not shop...
