Amazing service! I was having issue with my phone services and actual phone that I had, and I was looking to switch to Verizon. I had two key things I required to switch. I wanted the same number and to continue using iPhone. Malik was the Verizon representative in store. He was knowledgeable and kind! He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable switching to Verizon. He hooked me up with a promo they had. I went from a iPhone 7, and traded it in for a 12 and he mirrored all my info over. I also needed accessories screen protector, case, car charger, etc! The accessories ended up being cheaper for bundling them. I also have Verizon fios and Malik informed me to call and I can get a discount for having both services! Best part, I got to keep my phone number. I usually donāt leave long reviews. But I havenāt had great customer service like that in a while. Many customers came in while I was waiting for my information to transfer to the new phone and Malik was welcoming them and getting them started with their issues or services. Very positive and friendly environment, Knowledgeable employees. Upon arriving, Jose was very friendly and helpful with getting me setup with the new iPhone 13. There were a couple of delays with the updates, but Jose was able to help resolve it by using a different method. Once my new phone finally updated and transferred the data from my old phone I was able to leave, however, when I got to my car nothing on my phone was working. I thought I may have needed to be in wifi so I waited until I got home and back from my appointment. When I did, nothing was still working. I called Jose at the store and he was very patient with me trying to figure everything out. He realized it was the SIM card and since I needed my phone right away, in order to access it for work, he was willing to meet me to give me my old SIM card. Jose went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my phone working and I canāt that him enough. There was a customer ahead of us waiting while the worker tried to help two separate people at once, which would seem a wise thing to do, but each time he spoke to one or the other, some random conversation happened, probably doubling everyone's wait time. The person waiting ahead of us in line tried calling Verizon directly to get her issue resolved, and the employee interrupted her call, actually believing he would be able to help her before closing. She was already fed up waiting, because a few minutes after we arrived, she was calling up Verizon on speakerphone.
