This was my first visit. I was genuinely greeted as soon as I walked in. I had two tablets that I was looking to possibly get repaired. The pricing was pretty reasonable. Let's be honest, nobody wants to pay for repairs. The transparency and thorough detail that I was provided was all you could hope for in a retail interaction. I felt informed and very comfortable, especially because that same guy was the one that was going to work on the tablet I decided to get repaired. He prepared me by explaining everything he was going to do and anything he may run into. He discovered some new information when he opened the tablet and he called me immediately before proceeding. He made sure I understood what he found and my options based off the information. The repair was able to be done same day (My Fantasy Football Draft Day) and it was pretty fast considering. The work did not reflect the speed, it was handled with care and worked flawlessly. You don't often get what you pay for anymore, but I felt I got what I paid for and then some. I will DEFINITELY be back. He earned my repeat business. His honesty and the genuine care provided was refreshing. We all want to go somewhere and feel confident that you can trust them and not get ripped off. I felt that here. Who doesn't want to be treated like family? If you are considering this place, absolutely proceed without hesitation. I read the reviews before going and they were all really good but they still exceeded my expectations. It's nice to see a business more focused on taking care of the people than taking advantage of the people....

I forgot my iphone 13 on top of my car while shopping along route 202 a couple weeks ago and it got dumped into the road and left there for about 25 minutes. By the time I found it it had clearly been run over a couple of times resulting in shattered back glass and a cracked camera lense but incredily no aparent damage to the screen. Recalling iColor, I stopped in and found that they were able to replace the rear glass as a walk in and at a price I felt was reasonable. After the repair was done, I noticed a couple of bright-dead pixels which I was pretty certain hadn't been like that before. The iColor team said that some glass fragments may have found they way to the front screen causing damage (possibly while being repaired). Being unable to replace the screen on a iphone 13 (because Apple doesn't make the parts available) they offered me a 17% refund and to repair the camera lens on them. I am so thankful that the iColor team cared so much about my experience that they refused to let me go without ensuring that they did everything possible to make my experience as excellent as they could. They breathed new life into my iPhone 13 and the customer is clearly #1 at iColor. Definitely recommend for any phone, tablet and computer screen repairs and apparently for console repairs as well. I kind of wish they could repair my xbox elite controller, but unfortunately they don't do controllers. Thanks John,...

Bought a phone screen replacement from this business for $250. They claim warranty applies to defects and not damage and when I told the man at the counter that it fell a few inches and ended up completely shattered he said that it wasn't a defect but damage after the fact even though to my knowledge no screen should shatter from falling off the edge of a sink into a sink (approximately a 4 inch drop.) He then said that their warranty would be irrelevant if I walked outside and dropped the phone on the pavement. This is an extremely different scenario considering a few inches shouldn't break a phone screen like dropping it on pavement would. He then goes on to say that warranty only applies to defects, which would include screens being weaker than usual which is clearly the case considering they're replacing phone parts with aftermarket parts intentionally to likely gain money off multiple transactions through selling parts that don't work as intended/as good as the original. He continued to play dumb and tried to act as though a $10 discount would put us on good terms even though I literally just got the replacement done around a week ago and paid $250 for very obvious aftermarket parts, when I received the phone the first time the screen was extremely hot and the phone was running slow for around 3 days as well but it was working alright after that until the screen broke from...
