Talleyville Shopping Center — Local services in Chadds Ford Township

This is my 2nd and very last review for this Chuckecheese location. My last review was on Dec 29th, 2018 and I hadn't gone back until today. I had a guest pass which provided me with a complimentary large pizza, 4 drinks and 30 tokens. I added to my order which I had to rightfully pay for boneless wings, stuffed pizza crust with extra cheese on the pizza along with 30 extra tokens. The food took about 35mins or so to be ready. The "Extra Cheese" topping I ordered was non-existent in fact some of the cut slices had no cheese on them. I went to the front cashier counter to show them the pizza and a woman who seemed like a manager name Shannon told me maybe the cheese bubbled over as if this was my first time in my almost 36 years of living having ordered an extra cheese pizza. So I took it and went to my seat. My kids was playing the games winning tickets. They filled the chuckecheese toy bag. When we went to the Ticket muncher/counter (4 machines in the location and only 2 working)to obtain the number of tickets at 137 tickets counted the machine stopped working. My son went to tell a young man working there that the machine stopped working. The young man said ok however continued to walk around the store chatting and laughing with his coworkers. So my son went to "Shannon" to let her know the machine wasn't working and she said ok however also kept talking to her coworkers as we stood there waiting and a line of kids begin to form I went to Shannon to tell her and she told me she knew and had to get someone from the gaming floor. She then called the same young man that we told the first time to fix the machine. He came over fixed it for 2 minutes then the machine stopped working again. I told the young man that it broke again and he told me to wait. After 5 minutes I joined the line for the only working ticket counter. After 15 minutes on this line because the people in front of me was counting tickets from a Birthday party. I gave up. I took the 2 tickets I was able to get from the counter and the bag full of tickets that hadn't been counted yet and went to the point line so my 6 year old daughter could atleast get something. I told the girl that they can keep their tickets I'm over the whole experience. She said I could bring them back another time and I told her no thank you I will not be returning ever. She then asked one of her coworkers to go get Shannon. When the young lady came back from speaking to Shannon she wanted to know what I wanted without Shannon. When this girl was told that I would not be returning and didn't want the tickets the girl shrugged her shoulders and said they will give them to another kid right in front of my child.WOW!! THIS WHOLE LOCATION NEEDS A REVAMP OF EMPLOYEES. My daughter was upset so I took her to another store to buy her a toy to make up for her tickets that went to another kid. I went to the dollar store located in the shopping center. Don't know what's going on there but the store was an absolute mess and couldn't tell if they were doing a remodel or what but much of the store was lacking merchandise. I only found five or six items that I was looking for and I wanted to get about 15 different things. I had a list. I won't be going back there anytime soon. Check out was okay but I found a dollar on the floor where a woman had just paid cash before me. I use the credit card and I told the cashier that I found a dollar bill on the ground where the woman that just been standing. I'm sure she didn't notice that she dropped it. If I had seen it I would have told her. But I gave the money to the cashier and I have no idea if she tried to locate the customer to give her back her dollar I must say it was not a very impressed visit to this store I will keep my eyes open because maybe they're remodeling and if they do they should have a grand reopening then I might visit him again. Other than that I would not be going back...

Concord Square is a busy shopping centre that is a horseshoe shape divided by a main route in& out dividing it into 2 sections. Carter's, Oshgosh by gosh, Verizon & a seasonal store plus a cleaner on the left with Marshalls, Wall greens, a nail salon, Pat's Pizza & Tuesday Morning on the right with a very large Giant grocery right in the centre.
