There are not enough words to describe the amazing experience that I had at Indulgence Jewelers this past Fall season. To be completely honest, I originally went looking for a reputable jeweler in the Delaware area strictly because of the no sales tax. What I found during my search was so much better than the idea of saving some money. Michael and his team have touched my family and I through their work and we will never look elsewhere when it comes to sacred and meaningful jewelry again. I found Indulgence Jewelers through Instagram, and I am so thankful that I did.

I originally went to see Michael because I was looking for a particular type of push present after having my second daughter in February. I wanted to add a halo to my ring along with the birthstones of my two daughters inside the band. The birthstones weren’t a part of my original plan, but something that I found on their Instagram and immediately fell in love with. Michael’s work is thorough, beautiful, and above all meaningful. What a special added touch it was to be able to add my babies to the ring that my husband proposed to me with! Take a look at their social media and you will be “wowed” also!

My visit with Michael was nothing short of amazing. Michael cared about my story and my reason for visiting and wanting to upgrade my current stone. Michael took the time to get to know me and my family during our visit - something that I have never experienced at previous jewelry stores. Michael didn’t care about the price tag or how much money he could possibly make. It was evident that he cared overall that I was happy and that my jewelry looked exactly as I envisioned.

Not only was he supportive throughout the entire process - he was knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and quick. He took my ideas and ran with them. He had detailed pictures drawn up of my future jewelry to help me make decisions and to eventually purchase. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations and I still to this day cannot stop staring at my ring on a daily basis thanks to him.

I will go nowhere else from here on out when it comes to jewelry. Michael will work with any budget and any time frame. He cares about his customers and their happiness more than anything else. For Christmas, Santa even brought me a necklace with my daughters name on it from Indulgence Jewelers! I cannot wait to continue visiting and purchasing jewelry from Michael and his team. There is a reason I found this jewelry store when I did. My family and I were meant to work with this awesome business. If you are looking for a jeweler who truly cares about people, look no further. My fiancé’s experience: Thank God I had Michael as our jeweler. I knew my work was cut out for me. And the ring was an immediate “YES Ring”. My fiancé’s experience from start to finish was excellent. Michael posseses the ability to be authentic and transparentnt; something rare these days. Like a true professional, working with Michael was simply a pleasure! My experience:When my fiancé and I spoke about our plans to get engaged, he was very open about having no clue where to start with finding a ring! Additionally, I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted in a ring. I knew one thing for sure- I did not want a diamond center stone. I’ve always dreamed of a colorful ring, and with that we landed on wanting a ruby ring. Now the big question: where to find the ring? Luckily, I work in a bridal salon, so referrals to different vendors come often! One evening at work, one of my brides there for a fitting raved about her jewelry. I was looking for the right spot to buy an engagement ring for months. Having just moved to Delaware, I wasn’t very familiar with any stores, but I knew I wanted to work with somebody face-to-face who would treat me fairly. I came across Indulgence on Apple Maps, sent an inquiry, and Michael responded within an hour. We spoke on the phone soon after and I shared my steep request of an affordable solitaire ring with a brilliant round stone. After that, he went to New York and picked out stones specifically for me. When I came in to pick the stone, Michael and his team were instantly welcoming. Long-time customers were filtering in and out, and even though it was my first time there Michael treated me like one of them. He was honest, up front, and trustworthy. Then I reminded him of the date I needed the ring—just a couple weeks later. He said he would make it happen…and he did. Michael and his team created the absolutely perfect ring for my now fiancé. Everything was perfect—the cut, the size, the width of the band, the delivery, the packaging, the experience, her reaction… I deferred some design options (like mounting) to Michael and he picked the best option. He made sure the most important moment of my life was treated with care, attention, and respect. My fiancé said, “It feels like my hand was missing something, but now it’s not. It was made for me, and everything about it is perfect.” My mom and grandmom—who have seen their fair share of jewelry—said it’s the most clear, remarkable diamond they’ve ever seen.
