First time shopper with this company. Recently stopped in to purchase a linen suit for a summer wedding. The associate had a slight attitude and was extremely rude. After trying on a suit I pointed out how baggy it was. The associate proceeds to tell me not once but twice that “no offense but you’re looking at a slim cut suit and you aren’t exactly slim”.

First time okay he said okay it is what it is I’ll ignore it but he proceeded to say it a second time in except this time in front of other people.

Extremely humiliating and embarrassing, especially because I’ve purchased two “slim cut suits” from other local retailers and never had any issue even still to this day wearing them.

I immediately left the store extremely disappointed as I was hoping to leave with a brand new suit but instead left...

I was greeted soon after entering the store by the manager Damien. I told him I needed a suit for a funeral and he quickly found a suit that matched my requirements.The suit did need alterations but he put me at the top of queue because the funeral service was scheduled very soon. Since I am working out of my home area, I also needed shoes, shirt, ties, and a belt to match. I was able to get everything to match the suit with Damien's assistance, so I would not have to do any more running around. Top service from Damien here and I wouldn't hesitate to do business at this location even if it's a bit out...

Rich is awesome, as my buddy told me he would be. I needed a long-overdue wardrobe refresher for a week-long visit to my corporate HQ, and in less than an hour he'd picked out several perfectly coordinated outfits that let me mix & match - and, more importantly, that fit well. I would have spent half a day and looked ... meh. Thanks to Rich, I looked great and I felt great. And he steered me to sale items. Received numerous compliments on my new pocket squares; even had a cop compliment my new shoes! Headed back tomorrow to use some coupons for Spring items....
