Bought a pair of shoes on a wedsdsy. They didn’t carry half sizes so I bought one size bigger, because the gentleman helping me told me they do EXCHANGES WITH receipt. So I kept the receipt, tried on both shoes at home, didn’t wear them outside of the house. Went back to exchange for a smaller size and was told I could not because they couldn’t “resell these shoes” I was confused as to why I was told I can exchange them with the receipt if they weren’t the right size when clearly I was told I could not. Purchased a pair of sneakers, my grandson wore them half of a day, because the left one hurt his foot. Two days after purchased I tried to return. There's no return nor exchange if you wear them.
