We literally got yelled at by a very rude short blonde haired girl. One of my party members was interested in buying a paddle which they had quite a few options. Let me ask you this, person reading this review... How would you know if a paddle produced the desired impact? So we did the only reasonable thing we could think of. I took the paddle and hit myself on the hand with it twice. Cue rude girl, who rushes back to us, rudely scoffing at me to "don't do that." I'm a grown man, thank you. She then watched us for the remainder of the time we were in there like a bunch of 25-30 year old responsible adults are supposed to be a problem. My sister in law, who wanted the paddle, is still talking about how much she wanted to purchase it but couldn't because she was treated with disrespect. 4 members of our party still may go back and confront her because we all felt disrespected for the sole reason of trying a product, meant to be tried, in a store that offers items that differ in consistency which can't always be known by looking at it.
