I went to other places, and I felt as if I was an interruption in their big sale, and they only guided me to their expression of what I should get. Lonnie stepped in and took me, the ship rocking in troubled waters and took the helm, not just showing me the direction of the safe shore but lowering the sales to help steer me to calm waves. He showed me options in a number of price ranges and not just the high ticket prices that would crush my budget. Lonnie's no pressure approach was just what I needed to make an informed decision that turned out to be the best gift. So my husband got insurance on.my ring and you need to pay to get it resized ONLY if it needs to go OVER 2 sizes (jeweler told me to go up 3 sizes because fingers swell up in the summer time and it was cold that day) but I feel like they wanted me to go over 3 sizes instead of 2 just to profit just to make an extra 20 bucks because now im washing my hands and my ring keeps slipping off and its fustrating and uncomfortable I keep having to.push it back down and I already had to wait a week to get it resized I really dont want to get it resized again and wait another week im not tripping over the 20 bucks I just think his opinion was wrong I told him the 2 sizes up was a great fit but he insisted on the 3rd size up which I didnt kno I had to pay for until the following week when I had to pick it up if he would have listened to my opinion I feel like my ring wouldnt be slipping off constantly right now bt whatever its my fault for not being more agressive with the staff thanks...
