To preface: I ordered a white chocolate mocha frap with a pump.of peppermint. This is the coffee base version of this drink.
When I got to the window I noticed the drink was white (2nd day in a row, didn't question it the first time) and asked if he color had changed cause the used to be tan. Nice window server double check with another employee who asked if I wanted the coffee base version, to which yes. with attitude she then says "well if you want the coffee base version you have to order it like," at this point I repeated how i ordered it: "white chocolate mocha frap," to which she then turn around and with even more attitude said the cashier just put it in wrong. You know that tone people take when they're defending someone for messing up but at the same time being condescending towards he person who brought it up?
I have zero issue with it being out in wrong, the server I dealt with was super sweet. I thought maybe the color was now white instead of tan which is why I even inquired in the first place cause it was the 2nd day I'm a row it happened. However, the extra employee having attitude towards me when she thought I ordered it wrong, and then turning around and having MORE attitude when she finds out I ordered it right is where I take issue. You don't get to double down on your bad attitude when you are wrong, take the L and move on. Read moreI recently visited this location with high standards of Starbucks brand. The store did not live up to that standard in any form or fashion it's sad that there are stores that do not uphold what our company values. Not only did we wait 20 minutes for a drink to be made, they did not greet any customer walking in, and or leaving. One of there own Partners from the store who was not working ordered after multiple customers including myself. His drink was made before anyone's in a timely fashion instead of making the drinks in order plus customers come first before partners. After receiving my drink that definitely was not made right I ask the Barista how many pumps of syrup they put in there, he said four me knowing that there was none couldn't even taste a hint of it. So I begin to ask for two more which make my drink okay. Drive-thru line also did not seem to move very well I would have to say overall I was disappointed in the store. I usually order on the app because I’d rather do it on my phone than voice it at the speaker box, and they always give me a hard time about it. I’ve never had this problem at any other Starbucks, even the busy one on Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. This morning I got in line 2-3 minutes after placing my order but there were a few cars in front of me so by the time I got to the window it was only a minute or two before my pickup time. I was told to pull up and they’d run my drinks out, a little annoying but no problem--I am a little early after all. So I park in front of the building and wait for someone to run out my order. After waiting a few minutes past my pickup time I walked in to see my drinks sitting on the counter.
