Richard at the shop is awesome. I have smoked for ...well too long....I only recently made the decision that it was time to quit, but had no idea how I would do it. I had been to the shop before for incense and I remembered seeing all the vape products, so I decided on August 10th 2020 to visit the store.

Richard was working and shared his story of how he stopped smoking with me. He literally showed me so many vape options and took time to detail each options use and pros and cons. He is very informative and patient. I settled on a vape I thought would be good and purchased additional oils for it.

For about a week into using the vape I was smoking and then I decided one day to just stop and only use the vape. I used only the vape for a few weeks and when I tried to smoke a cigarette 🚬 I was actually disgusted by the taste and smell. I've been using mint so I was used to the fresh scent and taste. Well that was my last time smoking a cigarette and its been well over two months. I smell better, my car smells better and I can taste food so much more.

I went back to the store today to thank Richard in person 🙌 because I don't think I would have tried the vape if he wasn't so nice and patient with me the first time we met. I don't miss cigarettes and I literally keep a new pack on my kitchen counter to look at every day and I have zero interest.

I wanted to give an incredible review because I am now happy and healthy and if I can quit smoking anyone can.

I bought a glass gravity "water pipe" from this store and noticed it had a crack in it when I got home. There is a rubber housing that covers the bottom of the glass bottle that l did not think to remove in the store. When I went back to the store, the owner tried to justify it by saying that this type of piece COMES ALREADY CRACKED, and he went and grabbed the same piece off the shelf. He removed the rubber piece, showing cracks all along the bottom. "See, this is just the type of glass, they all come like this. The rubber will protect it." If you know anything about glass, the slightest crack, chip, or otherwise ruins the integrity of the piece and the crack will only continue to grow over time. I had not used the piece and I just wanted my money back, but the owner refused siting their "large sign at the register" that states all sales are final. The sign at the register is a 3x5 index card. Hardly a large sign, but not the point. I had paid cash for the products and it was not like he was going to take a loss on a credit card fee. I went in on 11-1-18 and bought a 510 thread battery. I tried 2 different cartridges on the battery and neither worked even though they worked on other batteries. I called the shop on the evening of 11-1-18 and was told that if I continued to have problems to bring the battery back in. I returned to the store 11-2-18 and explained the problem and right away they blamed the cartridge before I could even finish explaining. They went on to say that normally they don't do any returns or exchanges but that if I wanted to choose a different battery he would do it, but would not reimburse me for the difference in price. I decided to get a replacement of the same battery as a result.That battery also did not work on either cartridge.

I ended up going to another very nearby shop which showed me a battery that I was able to test and verify that it worked. Needless to say I'll avoid Smoking Manors in the future and recommend people look at other...
