I initially came to ICT after seeing an Instagram post about a big floor model sale going on back in November. I was in the market for a new sofa set and coffee table and I was hopeful to find a great deal.

I came across a great sofa and coffee table, at a great price, but needed 2 sofas, so one would have to be ordered. The salesperson told me that I could get the clearance price on the floor model, but not on the new one that had to be ordered. That being the case, it was a bit above my budget and I had to think about it. I searched online for the sofa and found it at Bloomingdale’s on sale about the price of the floor model.

I asked if ICT would match the Bloomies price, so that I could give them the business, and this request was met!!! I was so glad to be able to work with this local, small business.

The purchasing process was easy, the sofas and coffee table were delivered via a 3rd party service that ICT contracts and they were very good!! Excellent communication from all teams and desire to provide great customer experience. The sales team (Matthew and Justin) were great to work with as well.

After enjoying a wonderful experience at a restaurant on Wilton drive I decided to take a stroll to work down my meal. I came across a wonderful furniture store named Island City traders. I peered into the window and was amazed by all the beautiful furniture and accessories that were perfectly arranged to create different vignettes. Someone definitely knows how to merchandise correctly. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by one of the sales team members named Edward. Right away I felt comfortable to look around assuming I didn't get that high pressure sales person approach. Edward was very polite, knowledgeable and assertive when necessarily and a good listener. I am so happy with ICT - I had come into town from the Tampa Bay where there is absolutely no furniture to be found other than rooms to go or other blah places. This was one of the first place I stopped on the way through town looking for some new living room furniture. I was super happy with the fella Edward who helped me pick something out. The selection in the store speaks for itself, but sometimes it was a little overwhelming. He was able to help me find something that met my needs by asking me questions and making sure that things were going to be right for me.
