I came with my whole family as a recommendation from my son’s friend. Being Colombians we had expectations of remembering our country. It wasn’t the case. From the moment we walked in we felt a very low energy from the crew. We ordered 2 salchikids (kids plate) and we asked while ordering if it came with any sauces and the guy said no (perfect, our kids don’t eat sauces) well….. fries were soaked in sauce. We asked for new fries and they brought them. I was so happy to read you can pick your potatoes…, not true, they only have French fries. Then we were told they had jugo hit, perfect! (I thought) I ask for orange and he said…. We only have lulo. Disappointed to see things on the menu but they are not really available. Going to the food….. first they are so big…. Took a friend here for a potential birthday bite. I thought taking him to his home turf would be a nice surprise but boy did it backfire.

Quite a bit of work has been put into this place by way of decor but it comes off as mildly tacky.

It was lunch time and the place was stone cold empty which should’ve been a dead giveaway as to the quality of food.

The girl behind the counter had the personality of an extra from the walking dead. No smile, unwelcoming and zero customer service.

The burger we ordered was semi decent but the loaded salchipappa was a supreme, unapologetic disaster. While the portion itself was the size of Mt Everest, it felt like the whole thing was dunked in very old oil and it completely overpowered the both of us and we couldn’t get past three bites. We packed it to go and later felt sick and had to trash the hasty take out. The car that carried the food was infused with the smell of an old oil tanker which didn’t abate for hours.
