I had the worst experience with three security officers employed by this company while shopping at the North Premium Outlets today. My husband and I arrived to Parking Garage A at approx. 11:58am and parked in a legal and designated parking spot on level 2. We walked back to our car at approx. 4:00pm and noticed our vehicle was no longer in the space we had left it. We searched the parking garage for 45 minutes in 108 degree weather to ensure we didn’t forget where we had parked and it was no where to be found. I had the key with me and locked the car when we left. We finally decided to call the security number listed on the parking garage walls. We spoke to security officer D. Castro and he said he would meet us on level 2 to assist us. When security officer D. Castro arrived he mentioned no vehicles had been towed today, but a vehicle of the same make and model with California plates was supposed to be towed yesterday 6/27. Our vehicle has Arizona plates. He recommended we report our vehicle stolen since it could not be found in the garage. We then made an attempt to report it stolen with LVMPD, when Security Director S. Garza asked my husband to go with him to the guest services office before finalizing the report. He told my husband that our vehicle had been mistakenly towed and was located at a tow lot 20 minutes away and that the tow company refused to bring our vehicle back and that he would not and could not arrange a ride for us to get to our vehicle or compensate us in any way for this mistake. We were also given the wrong address to the tow lot by Director Garza, which added on to this frustrating incident. Director Garza was unwilling to provide information as to who was responsible for signing off on our vehicle, (the wrong vehicle!!) being towed and claimed no knowledge. We eventually received a copy of the tow paperwork which indicated that security officer Castro was the official that released our vehicle to the tow company. The same officer that had told us at approx. 4:45pm that no vehicles had been towed was the same security officer that signed the tow paperwork at 1:15pm. After reviewing the information we had been given and experienced, I attempted to speak to a Supervisor of the Outlets security department to discuss this gross display of security, honesty and ethics. I came in contact with Supervisor De La Cruz and explained the situation to him and rather than apologize or inquire about the integrity of the security officers and security director, he dismissed me and failed to take any responsibility for the situation.
My husband and I are both federal law enforcement officers and veterans and were greatly disturbed by the lack of integrity, service, and security these individuals portrayed. Nothing more disheartening than seeing these men wear uniforms that represent safety and public trust. We had dinner plans and tickets to a show that we were unable to attend due to the extensive time it took to get our car back. The lack of attention to detail from the Outlets security team not only inconvenienced us but family members as well. It appears as if my family and I were the only ones that suffered consequences for someone...
Read moreTHIS IS YOUR WARNING THIS COMPANY LACKS INTEGRITY!!!! THEY LIE AND GET CAUGHT IN THEIR LIES!!! THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!! THERE IS A REASON WHY THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY HERE. DONT APPLY HERE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!!! Having worked at Allied Universal Security for several years, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. From day one, it was evident that the company lacks genuine care for its officers and the clients they are supposed to protect. The management consistently shows little regard for the well-being of its employees. They also lie ALOT (I've had to check them several times) Support is minimal, and concerns about safety or workplace conditions are often ignored or brushed aside. There's a pervasive sense that officers are just EXPENDABLE resources rather than valued team members. A recurring issue is the mishandling of payroll. Many employees, including myself, have faced frequent issues with incorrect or delayed payments. It's disheartening to have to chase down something as fundamental as your paycheck, and there's little accountability or urgency in addressing these problems. The company's disregard extends to its clients as well. Site leads (like BRIAN MONTGOMERY, FREDERICA & DEMETRIUS FORD CANNOT BE TRUSTED) they don't even listen to their clients, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CLIENT SPECIFICALLY ASKS FOR A PARTICULAR OFFICER, they send someone else. Sites are often understaffed or inadequately supervised, compromising the quality of service. This not only reflects poorly on Allied Universal but also makes the job more challenging and stressful for officers on duty. Communication from management is often lacking. Important updates or changes ARE NOT communicated clearly, leaving officers in the dark and ill-prepared to perform their duties effectively. In summary, Allied Universal Security FAILS to support its officers and clients. The company's neglectful attitude towards payroll, employee welfare, and client service creates an unfulfilling and frustrating work environment. If you're considering a career in security, I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a company that values and respects its employees. Avoid Allied Universal if you prioritize fair treatment and a supportive...
Read moreI live at Desert manor apartments in Las Vegas, NV.
I moved there in 2/13- . They were the Secuirty company at that time. They were hired to provided Secuirty but they're rarely on the property . When we called for security; the answer security would tell us to called the cops. This is a gated apartment so, how are the cops going to get in? Allied Barton Security Company 2013-2014.
At different times the Allied Barton security at the RTC (across the street ) would show up to tell us what to do; while they party at the trouble maker's apartment.
Allied Barton security would bring young girls from the RTC to sleep around with the men at Desert Manor Apartment.
One time I saw Allied Barton Secuirty guard ; when he was asleeping in the pool area. He had his gun laying underneath the chair. I took a picture show it to our apartment manager. She told me, to stopped taking pictures.
We had 8 females either robbed or raped or both. Seniors were being forced to pay protection money , to the allied Barton security guard and a few trouble making tenants.
Since; Allied Barton has our Secuirty contract in January 2016; it seems to be starting all over again
2015; Another real estate company took over Desert Manor Apartments. That security was on property and clean up the apartment and no crime or problems.
When the new owner bought our apartment complex 12/15; -Desert Manor Propety Manager; got the new apartment real estate company to hired Allied Barton back as the Secuirty .
Allied Barton Secuirty was on property for two months. Now they never show up. Our answer service told me ; Allied Barton Secueity is at another apartment complex .
The anwseriny service takes note and give it to the property manager. He deals with the tenant the next day.
One tenant told me , he got a warning letter for another tenant.
Allied Barton Security ,Company at the RTC and it's top manager told me to keep my mouth shut; about Allied Barton Not being on property .
They are taking the pay for it but they are not on property.
What is worst is our apartment manager is awared of the arrangement like he was in 2013.
