It was horrible! I arrived 10 minutes early for my first appointment. The door is locked because of the location, I pressed the doorbell, an attendant just opened it and came back to his table, asked my name and asked to wait in a narrow room with 5 massage chairs, in this room there were other patients talking to each other or talking on video on their smartphones, the noise was very loud.. The wait was 1 hour and 10 min, in that time no attendant checked, explained or apologized for the delay. The employees were generous and the place itself is nice but not sure about their practices. I got two full syringes of lip filler , 2 weeks apart, and less than a week later they looked like before. Went to different physicians they said it felt like there was no filler. Not sure if their stuff is legit considering the brand they use for their 350 offer Ive never heard of even when googled.
