I went to get a haircut today, told the stylist (her name is Coco) what I wanted done, to which she responded with some other suggestion that she think would suit me; I stupidly accepted. She left my hair looking uneven from the side, absolutely NO trim in the back of my hair (even though that was what I came for). The layers I had in my hair looks choppy. I didn’t notice it at first because she almost rushed me out the door to pay so that she could attend the next costumer. After realizing what she had done to my hair I came back to the store to confront her, telling her I wasn’t happy with how she cut it, nor the way she styled it telling her exactly that it was too long on the right side of my face, the ends were twisted in the way I didn’t want, and that the back wasn’t touched. She insisted that none of that was true, that my haircut was perfect and that any issue I had with my hair was “un problema mental” (spanish for mental problem). She did not offer to fix my hair even though I wanted her to fix it, she just insisted on telling me it was good and overall just arguing with me about how I wanted my hair to look. Do NOT get your haircut from this place, or at the very least, not from this woman. Coco is polite but very mean and unhelpful. By the way I paid $35...

I called this Mexican owned place to get a haircut I asked if they did haircuts in English and she hung up on me because I didn't speak Spanish so I called right back asked if they could did haircuts she said yes in English I asked if she spoke English she said no in English or whatever and hung up on me again why can't I get a haircut from here if I don't speak Spanish very un professional I don't know how they stay in business if they won't even accept me as a paying customer all I want is my haircut I guess my voice was too ugly for them or whatever their reason was for hanging up on me and not accepting me I will never go back here and if you go here I hope you like these people and they're just one-sided they won't cut white girl hair they just hang up on white people pretty sad I would give this place no stars because they keep on hanging up on me every time I call and I've called more than twice. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. why have a sign in if they do not RESPECT first come fist serve. I understand if they have an appointment but if you walk in wait about 3 hours and someone else comes in as a walk in and they are taken first that's beyond upsetting, when telling the ladies that took the gentleman they said "its not my fault you are being undecided" first of all there is no need to have attitude, and second of all there was nothing to be decided about we clearly went for a haircut so there was no clarification as to what she was talking about, she was rude.
