702 Churros & More — Restaurant in Winchester

Upon entering it was a sincere walk. On the maps it has it pinned in the main part of the mall. However this establishment is in the newest addition to the Boulevard Mall known as El Mercado. And this is complete with its own food court.

Once we figured it out and made it to the back - we were asked if we had any questions re: the menu. You walk up to the counter, place your order, pay, find seating in the food court area, and they bring your food out to you.

We opted for ( 2 ) Churro Loops - one with almonds, the other with oreos. Both were prepared wonderfully and great for taking those amazing photos that everyone is seeing pop up all over.

The walk up counter was neat with all of the toppings and decor right there for easy access to see how they are creating your food. Staff was very friendly.

Would recommend - pricing is fair, would def come back to try other churros...

This is for the meadows mall location. 2 girls working on 2/23 at 4pm. Left a hand written sign saying be back in 10 minutes. They were not back in 10 minutes and when they were gave an attitude saying they were on break. 2 people don't need to be taking a break at the same time. I watched so many people come and go. First they said they weren't training, then said they were. And they watched all these people come and go on the camera in the back. The entire negative experience was overshadows anything that could have been good. I was so excited to try them. I was in Vegas and i had to go. Not what i expected. The churro sandwich looked so good, I was excited. After about 5 bites into one of the sundaes, there was fruitflies in the Stawberry sundae. I won't go back. That was freaking disgusting and disappointing.

Update: Owner, please do not come on here acting like this didn't happen. We were charged and refunded. Everything is digital and easily proven. Your server said she'd refund it...
