I read the reviews before visiting and yes they are very polite but, I feel like I was either being misled or the person helping me is not qualified to be quoting prices for diamonds. I was offered $50 for a 0.47Kt diamond and the gold that held three other diamonds that I was told weren’t real. The three diamonds that she spoke of came from Kay’s and I have a receipt for the purchase price of $3,457.00 After leaving with my diamonds I went to a jewel right down the road and was offered $300 straight away just for the one 0.47Kt. I told the person of my experience with this outfit and he took the time to explain a lot about diamonds and showed me how he came up with the quote. I can't say enough good things about this place, I took my ring to Kay's Jewlers September 5th to get the prongs redone since they were wearing down and I just got it back today and it was destroyed. I read the reviews on this place so I took my ring straight there and I couldn't be more happier, they fixed my ring and it's PERFECT. Not only is the customer service fantastic they are awesome, sweet people and I won't go anywhere else, I was in tears when I dropped it off because the work Kay's did was terrible. I'm so excited and very happy I trusted them with my ring because this ring means a lot to me and they definitely went above and beyond to help me. The owner Eleni is very rude. She also is unprofessional in more ways than just one way. I went to this place looking to buy some silver 1 ounce bars. She is selling them for more than five dollars over spot. When I questioned the price she very quickly and loudly told me that she would rather keep it than to negotiate her price. Before I can even respond she quickly blurted out I didn’t have to buy anything if I didn’t want to. After looking over what she sold me I discovered that she sold me a 1 ounce bar from northwest territorial mint,Which is a company where the CEO has been sued and indicted for selling fake silver products.
