The apartments are awful. I moved in and my unit was filthy and the floors had terrible separation. If you look close enough at the walls, they are all just painted over patch jobs. They say the cabinets are new but the screws kept falling out every few weeks. The maintenance man is friendly and does a great job at doing repairs but he is the only handyman so it takes a little bit of time before he can get to your order which is not his fault. The neighbors are rude and loud. I had a bottom apartment and my upstairs neighbor was very loud and stomped. I reported the problem several times and nothing was done. Racheal lies to people to get them to move in. I know of several instances where she not only lied to me but also to a new tenant that i spoke with before I left. I have been here for close to a year and I'm renewing my lease Great owners and managers. The complex is taken care of inside and out. Good for singles and family's. Convenient to new elementary school, middle school and high school. Convenient restaurants and grocery shopping. The managers live in the complex and respond to your needs quickly. It's nice and quiet and all the neighbors are friendly....
