I visited this store located at 180 W Athens St in Winder GA. today, placed an order in the drive-through was told to pull up. I waited it for about 20 minutes, my food never came I saw about 10 cars leave after me, including a gentleman that was also pulled up next to me to wait for his order. He had to get out of his car and stand in the driveway so that they would see him and then they remembered to bring his food to his car, mine had still not arrived. I called the store, a lady answered and I told her what had happened, she asked me what I ordered, I explained to her that the young lady Fantasia at the window had already taken my order. She rudely and with a poor attitude asked me again what my order was. I explained to her that the young lady at the window already had my order and asked me to pull up. She then again, very rudely said what is your order b/c we're are busy. I said to her you should be busy making my food as well, she then hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back, she'd taken the phone off the hook and I was forced to go inside. When I got inside I asked to speak with the manager, a young lady came to the front, I asked her if she was the same person that I had spoken with, she said yes and I explained to her again that I was still waiting on my food, she asked me for a 3rd time what my order was, I yet again explained to her that the cashier had already taken my order. She walked away, asked the young lady what my order was, she gave her the information and found out that my food still had not been prepared! When I heard this I said to her you could just apologize, she said I am not apologizing for anything. I then asked the supervisor what her name was, she told me that she was not going to give me her name. I assumed that this was because she knew that she was providing poor customer service and did not want me to report her. She was very rude during the entire interaction! She then went to the back, I assumed that she was preparing my order and then she sent another staff member to the front with a refund and receipt and she that she was told to give me my money back and the manager said she wasn't going to serve me. The rest of the staff has always been helpful and I thanked them for being so and apologized that they had to work under such am unprofessional person with such poor leadership skill, and left the store. This time I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce. Due to previous experiences here I pulled into a parking space to check my order. I noticed I was missing utensils for my mashed potatoes and ranch for the tenders I got so I was going to go back through and decided to try my chicken sandwich as I did.
The chicken sandwich had so much extra sauce it was oozing out of all sides of the sandwich. The outside of the bun was covered in sauce and the inside had at least 5-6 normal sauce cups worth of sauce. It took 8 napkins to wipe off the excess and it was still messy.
I asked for the manager when I got to the window. The woman told me she was the manager and I explained the situation. She responded with "well, you ordered extra sauce didn't you?". I was like yes but I have worked in fast food before and extra sauce doesn't mean to blatantly smother something in sauce out of spite or whatever the reason. She scoffed at me and said "fine, I will let him know." talking about the employee that made my sandwich. No offer to remake the sandwich, not even an apology. I'm not sure how she became a manager but I will be sure to never visit this location again and since the next closest KFC is like 15 min away I won't bother wasting my time there either.

Read moreTwice I had my debit card info stolen within a day of purchasing food from this KFC. Now when going through the drive thru they move the card reader to directly in front of of the window so you can see. That along with the close time makes me think that they found out and had other customers find out that someone at this KFC was stealing card #'s. This was some months ago and I've had no issue since.
The only current issue I have is how long the drive thru takes. It almost seems like they tak one order and hand it out the window before taking the next order. This means there is a long time where you sit and don't move then move a little and sit more. I know the last time there were two cars behind me but they didn't take the order of the person behind me until that where bagging my order. All fast food chains should be able to take multiple orders and keep them straight.
